20 minutes walk or three minutes drive to the main Queenstown downtown. Slightly steep driveway from apartment to the main road.

The best well mentained apartment, very very spacious and with lots of add ons in the lavish kitchen. The Best View i could have ever expected in Queenstown. The apartment was very well heated and comfortable even at 0 degree outside temperature. Certainly very big and well mentained with no sign of any cost cutting from the management.

The steep driveway and tricky parking provided a challenge but were not insurmountable.

The apartments were clean and well-appointed with wonderful views over the gardens of the bay. We appreciated the effort made to ensure we were warm and comfortable. It was nice and quiet despite being on a busy road.

Bit noisy if you were downstairs and the rest of the family were upstairs as the floors are quite creaky. That’s the only thing though. We would definitely book it again if we’re back in Queenstown

I did find it a bit noisy if I’d gone to bed and my daughter was still upstairs as it’s quite creaky. But I’m a light sleeper so that’s just me. The sauna’s light was broken but we just took a torch in. We would definitely stay here again. You get a lot for your money and I booked it twice because I couldn’t find anything nearly as good for that price,

It’s really big so we had so much room to spread out in. Great location about 20 min walk, 5 min drive out of Queenstown. Good to have parking. Loved the spa bath and very well equipped kitchen. The views of the lake are stunning. We loved it so much we booked it twice in our last 2 weeks in NZ with a 3 day gap in between to go to Milford Sound. Great to have a sauna and swimming pool. The Reception staff are lovely and very helpful.

The BBQ pit wasn't properly cleaned and we ended up not using it . The kitchen faucet was loose; it wasn't properly fixed onto the basin, making turning on and off the tap very troublesome. Some lightbulbs at the stairwell were also blown.

Amazing views from the room and a nice and spacious apartment. Slightly dated interior, but still very comfortable. Nice to be out of the town, but only a 15-20 min walk away. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or sauna.

Location location location ! The stunning view as we walked into our unit (No 10) took our breathe away. The large window showed off the autumn leaves contrasting to the blue lake and the stunning Remarkables in the background. The unit had everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay . The access to the beautiful walk around the lake and into town was a wonderful surprise. We walked into town (approx15mins) many times and left the car in the single garage our whole stay. We did not want to leave!

We brought our parents (visiting from South Africa) here for a visit and they loved it! The apartment had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our mum to cook us some delightful home meals after a 2 week road trip. Great last stop on our itinerary... Queenstown, NZ's gem. The property manager was really friendly and helpful. We arrived at sunset on a cold day and she had turned on the heating in the apartment so we had a cosy place on arrival for the kids, we really appreciated that. The kids loved the heated pool after a day of sightseeing. The washer and dryer were a luxury👌... we need to come back for a ski trip!

For our unit, the parking is very tight. While we worked out how to manoeuvre our car into and out of the allocated garage, we eventually chose to walk up the steep driveway to one of the two carparks at the entry in preference to the 3-4 point turns needed. Also, the unit is not for anyone with low mobility as the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are downstairs.

The unit was fantastic for us. Well equipped kitchen, heaters available in all rooms. Fantastic view!!!

Internet was a bit of challenge however it might be blessing

We had an excellent stay at Spinnaker Bay with my family. The amazing views from our accommodation were truly breathtaking and added a magical touch to our experience. The courteous reception staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and attended to throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience that exceeded our expectations. The combination of top-notch service, stunning views, and a warm atmosphere made our time at Spinnaker Bay truly unforgettable. We are grateful for the wonderful memories created during our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The parking garage for the unit that we rented was very challenging to enter due to a very steep grade and uneven pavement. Although I was able to manage it, it is challenging unless you have a very small vehicle.

The living and deck areas had wonderful views and the kitchen was very spacious and well-equipped for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and also had nice views. The washer and dryer were a plus! It was a very nice place and within walking distance to downtown and gardens area.

Great facility. Great view over the lake & mountain. Location is very convinience to both town centre & the airport. If you join a tour, most shuttles will pick you up from the bus stop accross the apartment (5 mins walk).

The mattress was a little softer than at home, but we found this all over New Zealand. It's a steep walk up to the main road/bus stop ( we did not have a car) but It was worth it for the view! Would stay here again.

Our lakeside 1 bedroom had views to die for! Great living room with large sofa right in front of the window. Kitchen was clean and updated. Loved having the washer and dryer available - it was downstairs with the bedroom and living room was upstairs. The property connected with a lakeside walking path to town. Also liked that we could get extra towels at reception.
