You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThis is a small studio and there are very limited views from the little balcony. Unit 1 & 2 are downstairs and trees block almost the entire view. On arrival the studio smelt musty and wasn’t as clean as I’d have expected for a place of this cost. There were a LOT of daddy-long-leg spiders we had to kill each day (no idea how they got in as we kept all windows and doors shut). The pillows were very large and it would’ve been appreciated to have x2 pillow sizes to accommodate pillow size preference We were also surprised to see there were no beach towels - and on inquiry were told it was an additional charge to hire a towel, and also a delivery fee (with no pick up option provided). Has we known this we’d have brought our own towels. Also, more than 1 bath towel each for 4 nights would’ve been nice especially given there was only a minuscule towel rack (coming away from the wall) and only one small hook for the hand towel. Some more hooks would be beneficial. The studio is fine with facilities but agree with other reviews that it’s weird not being able to wash dishes in the kitchen zone.
The location is excellent. Right across the road from Little Oneroa and 10 mins easy walk to Oneroa village. Crossing the road can be a bit challenging though as it says “No pedestrians” on the road signs and the road can be very busy. The king bed was very comfortable and lovely linen

New ZealandBathroom was dated and without a sink in the kitchenette it was hard to clean used cups etc Unit 2 is downstairs and you can hear footsteps of people walking in the unit above.
Location was fantastic just across from little Oneroa beach and a 5 min walk to Oneroa village. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

AustraliaThe wifi doesn't work, and I did ask for the Wifi to be fixed but it never happened. I think it would have been good to know how steep the driveway was / how best to use the driveway as I wasn't sure if I was parked in the way of others/ how best to get in and out if other cars were also there.
Awesome location - nice facilities. Despite being a very cold arrival - the space felt warm and cosy. Very good location on the island.

New ZealandSmelt musty, got no sun, cramped - lots of furniture. Washing up required but no proper kitchen sink. Title said located in Onaroa but was actually in Little Onaroa. Drive on access was difficult. Main road was noisy. No window to open so had to leave sliding door open at night otherwise lots of condensation on windows - explains the musty/damp smell.
