You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

New ZealandA few minor issues which didn't detract from our stay, however we would have expected these to be addressed beforehand: a couple of the venetian blind slats broken, a few dusty areas, ie, bedside lamps, plug in mosquito repelant empty and no spares, the ironing board cover needed replacing. The track down to the beach from the bach was overgrown & in a state of disrepair so we didn't venture all the way down. Injury likely in its present state. Easy acccess would be a pleasant addition to the stay.
Ideal place for couples with most things provided even thought we weren't expecting this and took our own. Nice decor and lovely outdoor deck area with a variety of seating and nice spa area. Very private.

New ZealandThe bed was a bit harder than we are used to, and my wife suggested that someone should consider removing the bugweed tree that is growing just to the right of the deck.
Stunning location, very private with beautiful views and sunsets, bird life was great and fantastic to wake up to the sounds of the birds in the trees.

New ZealandYou really needed a rental car to get around as public transport stopped too far away from the street. You had to walk hills everywhere, including takeaways for dinner as it was further than we'd hoped. With so many guests using the property checking of supplies was needed- no sugar. Importantly, the water tank had run out when we arrived and we couldnt shower (after a long hour walk from the ferry in the heat of the day). This could have been checked before our arrival. The worst thing was that we only had 1 upright fan for cooling, which was loud at night and difficult to move around due to the short cord. It was incredibly hot in there with all the doors closed! Need better cooling system for height of summer, especially at night.
Beautiful views and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Big TV with streaming was great. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Bach was new looking with a nice shower and bathroom. Very private. We picked the property mainly because it was more modern and had a lovely spa with sea views. The host Richard was available at the touch of a button which was so appreciated as we had no water when we arrived.
