Basically the unit was clean but it was a bit superficial. Bathrooms were a bit mouldy. Overall it was fine but needed a bit more TLC.

The size of the unit was great and position was perfect for walking around Queenstown.

The apartment was very spacious and beautiful. The view from the apartment was beautiful and all the other facilities were really wonderful. The basement parking was a bit cramped up if you have an SUV rest everything else was good.

Location is quite noisy, on busy intersection and road. Major building works going on just over the road, very loud from the apartment we stayed in.

Location was perfect to access Queenstown and surrounds. 2 min walk to restaurants, activities, shopping. Great views.

2nd bedroom backed onto hall with blinds that failed to block out the light and was a little noisy. Big step into bath/shower…would be tricky for elderly.

Location was amazing, a short walk to all the best restaurants. Apartment was toasty with excellent heating. Apartments were very tidy and clean. Drying room was handy. Shower pressure was excellent.

Location location location, warm and cosy, undercover carpark, a lift, a storage room for ski gear. Did I mention location, great water pressure, and heating.

Zero service (which they tell you), but it was to the point of saying you would be fined for leaving rubbish Inthe bins at check out. For the price that is a little too far in my opinion.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were of a good size and with a full size kitchen.

Some doors could do with a little WD40, as they were pretty noisy. But that was the only really disturbance we experienced.

The location can't be faulted: awesome views of the water and mountains, and it's a stones throw from town – you can walk to the wharf (restaurants and bars) in about 3 minutes. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. It was great for a base for a few nights in Queenstown.

i loved how it was so close to everything shops, food places the water kids park. place is safe you can walk around at night and still come back safely. everything was lovely was very clean. two bathrooms and two rooms no waiting around if you want to go bathroom.

Great location and beautiful view of Lake Wakatipu & township. Beds are super comfortable and great amenities. Perfect location for some rest & relaxation! So close to town, so everything was within walking distance!

minor issue was underground parking spaces are a little tight, luckily for us they were not full

I understand and appreciate that room servicing isn't a day to day thing nowadays but we only had the 1 set of towels each. Even though we were told at the start of our stay we could ask for more, it would have been nice to be approached a couple of days in if we wanted a change. I agree, we too could have asked.

The location to town center was the reason we chose to stay there. We are so glad we did. The room was ready early, lights were on and the heater was on which made the -2 temp disappear. Bonus that the room had Sky tv, all the channels!
