Great location to explore Auckland - everything within walking distance. Cleanliness can be improved a bit (e.g. bathroom), but overall we had a great stay. Would stay there again!

Our room was mouldy and also had a leak from the ceiling. I pointed this out to the staff after we had checked in and they changed our room towards the end of the first day.

There is a lot of road work improvement near the front entrance to the hotel which is across Sky City. This is an inconvenience but it can't be helped. The shower is good but there are NO handrails to hold to get into the tub to shower. Very unsafe. Also the no slip strips in the tub were worn and the grip was hardly there. The walking distance from the Hotel to the Viaduct Area is in reality about 25 minutes. Walking from the hotel is downhill to the CBD and slightly uphill depending on your route.

The hotel staff are very, very helpful and polite. The size of the room is very good.

We were in room 1812...The room de`cor was bland and dull..very unappealing, not inspiring....carpet dark and dull...no cheerful colors....dark brown is a terrible choice....wine stain on the ceiling, likely red wine...the room itself was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room space was great, but the de`cor....boring....very surprised. Stayed at the Crowne before covid and it was a welcoming pleasure. Please do something to make it cheerful.

While the location was convenient, the major construction around the hotel was not easy to manage for strangers. While food at the hotel restaurant was ok, there were no major American restaurants nearby. Overall, my stay was fine and the staff was great.

Only thing was the current roadworks made getting to the hotel a little difficult, but they did provide instructions on how to navigate them.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from, the beds were super comfortable and everything looked clean and tidy.

Had a few problems with my room key but the staff were only too happy to sort it out.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds ever. It's a great location with easy access to everything. I also got upgraded which was a nice surprise.

Very pleasant and attentive staff, nice restaurant and bar, delicious breakfast options. The hotel was centrally located for ease of joining tours or hopping a ferry to the islands.

The road works around it and the mall attached to it was disappointing.

There was literally a long queue outside the lift every evening and morning.

The location is really good and in the middle of everything. Good bar and everything you'd expect from Crowne Plaza.

The food via room service was below average. Breakfast, poached eggs were dry, over cooked, no butter on toast and it was served with lettuce. Other than that i had an enjoyable stay. The staff were all very friendly passing them in the corridor. All made an effort to say hello, very welcoming
