New ZealandSome minor points were that the water temperature of the shower was hard to regulate and the underfloor heating was not working in the ensuite. The electric blanket for one of the beds didn't appear to be working.
The townhouse was immaculately presented, homely, and clean. The place was nicely tucked away in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants, also ideally placed from the city.

New ZealandSky TV was very limited to a few channels, and incredibly slow to use, 15 to 30 seconds for tv to respond to remote control. Room scents were very strong, but we just put them in the garage during our stay.
Clean, modern, spacious, very tastefully decorated. Modern appliances, Comfortable beds and lounge suite. Easy parking. Owner is lovely. Definitely stay again.

AustraliaI did not find a list of the Sky TV channels subscribed to, hence I kept selecting channels only to find the subscription did not include them. This appeared to include all the movie channels, which was disappointing. Perhaps I did something wrong, but the NZ TV channels were limited so some more entertainment options would have been nice. Or Netflix or similar.
The facilities were excellent, as was the location to the Petone shopping/dining strip.

As it is a 3 bedroom apartment it made it feel like being at home, Liz was going in to hospital early in the morning after the first night so we decided to travel down from Levin the day before, so relaxing being a large apartment and not much dearer tha a small motel room.
