You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryNot much to add here. Simple place, bit old school in the design. But its perfect for sleeping. Bathroom is a bit small, but again these are nothing to worry about. The location is cool (said it a few times) and for sleeping its perfect, spacious otherwise.
The location is great it is just in front of the ocean. You have space for parking your car it is like a classical motel. Rooms are a bit simple - meaning old school interior. But it has everything what an apartment needs basically. Receptionist was friendly at check-in...watch out for the hours its not 24 hr. When we left we could not find anyone, but you can drop the key into the box. Yes so the location is super great!

AustraliaThe radio by the bed didn’t work properly or was just too difficult to manage to tune and to get the time I did try for while but I didn’t get anywhere with it. Other than that. The TV was okay.
My room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had everything I needed and the spa was an added bonus. The facilities in the bedroom were good. I would’ve preferred more herbal teas as there weren’t any and I don’t drink regular tea or coffee. Bed was comfortable everything else was good.

The accommodation was in the centre of Napier, close to all facilities like bars, cafes and restaurants. The room faced the beach and there was a good view of sunrise in the morning. The room had good facilities, a comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom.
