Wifi was not good and I had to top up my credit on my data twice and other family members gave up to use Wifi. This motel is not for the business trip unless you have enough credit or unlimited data on your mobile plan.

The staff was really helpful and understood what we needed. The location was reasonably good.

Not that this is something hotel can help, but being on the main road into town the Traffic noise was non-stop. The windows are double glazed so that helps. This is so other visitors are aware.

The seating arrangement provided near the kitchenette was inadequately serviced and not very comfortable. The room size is small especially when an extra bed is added in to cater for a total of 3 guests. The small room size also brings in ventilation issues. The steps in the staircase to get upstairs aren't visible in low light as there isn't much contrast between each step, and also one can see through the gaps of each step, which makes climbing up challenging with luggage. The wifi quota provided per day was surprisingly low, and this limit can easily be upped.

This motel is very closely located in the heart of Queenstown CBD. Out of all the other accommodation options we were looking at, this was one of the very few places that was relatively reasonable. The receptionist catered to all our queries and requests and ensured our stay was comfortable.

No tea towels, so I couldn't dry the dishes we used. The room could have done with a few touch ups, holes filled, blue tack taken off the wall.

The the location was great close to downtown Queenstown. The bathroom has been modernised, but the water pressure is not brilliant.

Hotel was a little run down and outdated. Check in and check out was a bit confusing since it was next door. We wanted to ask if we could leave our rental car for a few hours when checking out but no one got there until 8:30. Tried calling the number provided but got no answer.

Good location with a nice layout. It was convenient to have a mini kitchen as well. Nice spacious and updated bathroom. Great price point for Queenstown.

The bedroom was relatively small and so the majority of the space was taken up by the queen size bed. The closet was small and dated. It seems the bedroom was smaller than the bathroom and looks like it's due for a renovation. The pillows were not firm and quite low and so not comfortable to sleep with. Overall the entire motel looks dated and could do with a bit of renovation/maintenance.

The location was great as it is very close to the town centre. Great mountain view outside. The bathroom was massive and seems newly renovated. Comfortable beds and the kitchenette including cook wares, cutlery and crockery were clean and sufficient. Great 1 bedroom unit overall.

Like other reviews it is a bit dated - but didn’t really affect our stay. Good value for money.

Communication and staff were very friendly. Location is amazing, right in town and walking distance to everywhere. Lots of car parking if you had a car. They were able to supply a cot. Good value for money.

It was easy walking distance to town. Had enough cooking facilities for us to not have to eat out all of the time. It was clean and tidy.

Pool is disgusting looking, unsure if cleaned. Water pressure is shocking don’t expect a decent shower. Room and property could do with just a little maintenance room walls very marked up and scratched needs a paint. Fridge either froze everything or wasn’t cold enough and freezer completely full of ice

There could have been a couch in the room to sit on. The lock for the main door was hard to open from the inside.

The location of the motel is excellent, it was really walking distance to most things we wanted to do.

The room is quite big, with a small kitchenette and a table and the bed is confortable. we love the location. However the front door is part of a large set of bay windows and everyone passing by could see into our room. Therefore for privacy we had to keep our curtains closed the whole time .
