Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very basic facilities and a little cramped for three people.
Great location with a superb free shuttle service to the International Airport. Room was okay for what we wanted, sleep and early start for overseas flight.

Once we got to the property the staff was extremely helpful letting us check in early. Giving us good directions how to return our rental car. The room was very nice clean comfortable and quiet. Even saw they had dog bowls for our 4 legged friends. With that in mind never heard a single one even though we saw a few. The bellman insisted on getting our luggage and putting it in our room. It had been a long day so we decided to use their onsite restaurant which was delicious . One of the reasons we chose this hotel was they had shuttles to the airport for our flight home the next day. Extremely convenient and again fabulous staff. Nabi sp?? Was so friendly and helpful. Well done

We were in block 2 and it was very noisy with lots of guests arriving en masse Room would benefit from sound proofing or guests should be asked to be mindful of other guests when arriving and departing. Menu in restaurant was poor with only one vegetarian option for main course,, cheese board option was a disgrace with just 2 tiny pieces of cheese.
The location is great for Auckland airport. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Not close to anything but the airport. 20 minute walk to closest bus station and over an hour by bus/train to Auckland CBD. No shopping, grocery, or other dining in walking distance.
Great breakfast and nice to have airport shuttle. Take the shuttle to the airport and catch the bus to the train to go to Auckland CBD. The gym was small but nice and sign says a new gym/pool are coming soon.

The shuttle bus comes in 30mins interval. If you are not at that precise clock, waiting is expected for both pickup and drop off. The facilities are aged and not renovated. Space is roomy though. Amenities are limited as well. Expensive by an airport hotel standard.
Close to the airport, around 3km away from domestic terminal.

Shower was fairly average
Ella- one of the staff was incredible going above and beyond. Providing us a seemless check in and even made us coffee when the Cafe staff were elsewhere. The shuttle service was excellent too

We took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel & were surprised about where it was situated, as it’s surrounded by industrial units. However, as it’s in a big plot you don’t notice them once you’re inside.
The hotel staff were very welcoming & pleasant. The room we had was excellent, and the food served at the restaurant for dinner & breakfast was very good. We had a problem with an annoying buzzing noise in our room, but the manager arrived quickly, spent time tracking where it was coming from & managed to stop it. We were very impressed with his quick response. We had a late flight and were able to use the room until mid afternoon, for a fee, which was great before our international flight.

bathroom was an accessible wetroom, which is great to see but had a tiny sink not even big enough to get toothbrushes on and no real storage or places to put clothes/stuff while in shower. No USB or electric point near bed to put charges in, one found under bedside ledge at near floor level had to crawl to get plug in. Def would come back again this wouldn't put me off but just those things when you use the room.
loved the new rooms in building 4, beds were fabulous, clean and good temp.

That I couldn't have a toaster nor anything to heat up my meal leftovers no bowls or utensils in the rooms... I did ask as other motels I've been in have had a microwave & toaster..

The only thing that was not as expected was the water pressure in the shower - hardly any! May be it was just our room?
The location is good- very close to the airport and the free shuttle was a bonus! Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. Kids even got activity packs when we checked in!

Conference room was directly above our suite. Unfortunately, that night they decided to set up for a conference. It was extremely noisy until I complained.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable for our short stay, near the airport. meals at the restaurant, well suited for the short stay and tasty. Access well looked after by the shuttle provided by the hotel.

We stayed here for our first night in NZ after flying in from the UK and before flying out to Christchurch the next morning. It was absolutely perfect for recovering from the flight - the room was very spacious and the bed was comfy, shower and toiletries were great and made us feel rested and human again after such a long journey ! The free shuttle to the airport the next morning was ideal. The location was perfect for our needs - we did get a taxi into Auckland in the evening which took 25 mins but when we booked didn’t know if we would be up for that or just want to sleep so that was a bonus.
