We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Once we got to the property the staff was extremely helpful letting us check in early. Giving us good directions how to return our rental car. The room was very nice clean comfortable and quiet. Even saw they had dog bowls for our 4 legged friends. With that in mind never heard a single one even though we saw a few. The bellman insisted on getting our luggage and putting it in our room. It had been a long day so we decided to use their onsite restaurant which was delicious . One of the reasons we chose this hotel was they had shuttles to the airport for our flight home the next day. Extremely convenient and again fabulous staff. Nabi sp?? Was so friendly and helpful. Well done

United KingdomWe were in block 2 and it was very noisy with lots of guests arriving en masse Room would benefit from sound proofing or guests should be asked to be mindful of other guests when arriving and departing. Menu in restaurant was poor with only one vegetarian option for main course,, cheese board option was a disgrace with just 2 tiny pieces of cheese.
The location is great for Auckland airport. Room was spacious and comfortable.

United States of AmericaNot close to anything but the airport. 20 minute walk to closest bus station and over an hour by bus/train to Auckland CBD. No shopping, grocery, or other dining in walking distance.
Great breakfast and nice to have airport shuttle. Take the shuttle to the airport and catch the bus to the train to go to Auckland CBD. The gym was small but nice and sign says a new gym/pool are coming soon.

Hong KongThe shuttle bus comes in 30mins interval. If you are not at that precise clock, waiting is expected for both pickup and drop off. The facilities are aged and not renovated. Space is roomy though. Amenities are limited as well. Expensive by an airport hotel standard.

United KingdomWe took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel & were surprised about where it was situated, as it’s surrounded by industrial units. However, as it’s in a big plot you don’t notice them once you’re inside.
The hotel staff were very welcoming & pleasant. The room we had was excellent, and the food served at the restaurant for dinner & breakfast was very good. We had a problem with an annoying buzzing noise in our room, but the manager arrived quickly, spent time tracking where it was coming from & managed to stop it. We were very impressed with his quick response. We had a late flight and were able to use the room until mid afternoon, for a fee, which was great before our international flight.

New Zealandbathroom was an accessible wetroom, which is great to see but had a tiny sink not even big enough to get toothbrushes on and no real storage or places to put clothes/stuff while in shower. No USB or electric point near bed to put charges in, one found under bedside ledge at near floor level had to crawl to get plug in. Def would come back again this wouldn't put me off but just those things when you use the room.

United KingdomWe stayed here for our first night in NZ after flying in from the UK and before flying out to Christchurch the next morning. It was absolutely perfect for recovering from the flight - the room was very spacious and the bed was comfy, shower and toiletries were great and made us feel rested and human again after such a long journey ! The free shuttle to the airport the next morning was ideal. The location was perfect for our needs - we did get a taxi into Auckland in the evening which took 25 mins but when we booked didn’t know if we would be up for that or just want to sleep so that was a bonus.
