The only minor issue was that the outdoor lights were not working and there is a steep narrow stair to the accommodation. It was difficult to navigate at night in the dark in the rain. That said, it was a minor issue and likely an oversight since everything else was impeccable- nothing was in disrepair so we likely missed a switch

All aspects of this stay were exceptional. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely stay with clean and quiet facilities. A close walk to Mission Bay with lots of cafes and restaurants. Worked great for our family of 3. Loved the stay and the hosts were kind. Hope to come back one day!

Location was easy to access public transport to get downtown; the location was not in a busy area and was quiet. The place was clean and it was obvious the owners cared and put effort into their unit. The owners were easy, pleasant and accommodating.

Was left alone once checked in, but lots of rules around what could and could not be done whilst on property - owner was concerned about how car was parked and didnt seem to trust that we would not damage gardens etc, made sure to point out no shoes etc inside unit. Just felt like we were being watched ?? Overall though was welcoming and did enjoy the property and location.

Location fantastic. Very clean and well maintained property at a reasonable price. Owner was pleasant. Upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice bonus - thankyou for doing that!

Spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with a balcony and view of the sea and rising sun. Close to the bus, making it easy to go into town or anywhere along the harbor. The owner even loaned us a bus pass (which we replenished for the next guest), making it easy to travel in the city.

Although we knew were staying in the room on ground level, it was noisy than expected. We could hear the upstairs talking and moving around .

We was told before arriving that our room is situated under the family home so thank you owners for that notice, no complaints from us but for those who may find it a bit disconcerting you will be aware of family quietly so just please be mindful of this, other than that it was perfect.

We had a lovely stay At Kohi Beach BnB. The room was spacious, the bathroom, too. Everything was nicely appointed. Very nice, quiet accommodation. The bed was firm, and even as a poor sleeper I woke pain free, so it must be really good! Location was lovely as well. No problem getting around from there, and had a nice breakfast on the beach in the morning.

Nothing other than I only stayed 1 night. Studio units are usually dull but this one was exceptional.

Locations perfect more than I expected. We did not order breakfast. Our unit had a toaster, jug, coffee, tea, milk sugar and a microwave. Just beautiful. Studio unit more than I expected. Our host you couldn't get better, greeted us, showed us where to park, open up the unit for us to inspect, also my husband had a stroke about 4 years ago, his mobility very slow, our host offered to help him into unit. Very pleasant host never have I come across someone as helpful as he was. Very clean and tidy. Shower beautiful just perfect.

Had to ring their phone number to gain entry, as owner didn't hear the door bell. Quite a steep drive to reverse the car up in order to park. Would have liked facility to wash crockery and cutlery (washing up liquid etc) in the bathroom sink.

Garden Room was more spacious that anticpated. All fittings to a high specification. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting our nephew who lived round the corner

We liked everything about this property.

Kohi Beach Bed & Breakfast was an unexpected gem. First of all the room itself is actually a studio that has all you need - a little fridge to store food and drinks, a small table with sitting area, plates, cuttlery, kettle, a convertible couch, a big bed, storage for your luggage and clothes, a TV, internet and an ensuite bathroom. The host, Chris, was great, very eager to answer all our questions and very helpfull.
