You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location for us was perfect, as our daughters flat is in Leith Street. The manager was extremely accommodating when we asked if we could change rooms due to the size of the beds being too small. My son had breakfast which was great. The bar staff were ver accommodating when my husband and son asked for the rugby to be shown on the tv.

New ZealandNoisy, both from outside noise and internal. No option to change room temp made it difficult to sleep. Toilet was very low to the ground. Not good option for tall people. Surcharge on credit cards included debit cards. So expect additional 2% on everything unless you pay cash. Property is old and tired and in need of upgrading.
Plenty of parking.

New ZealandHallway was being vacuumed around 9am with housekeeping knocking on the door at 9.30am. I could’ve put the do not disturb sign out however as I was only staying one night and checking out within the next hour and half, I didn’t think it would be needed. Other than that, everything else with my stay was good.
Reception staff were amazing and very friendly. They were super helpful with luggage storage before check in and after check out, and sorting a later check out time. The hotel is right next to the botanic gardens which was nice, however it is a bit further out from town, but still walkable. Room was very spacious and clean.
