Motel very retro ..not comfy Needs curtains or blind to cover front door glass panel. Next door(opposite) had bright orange lights on all night. Hard to sleep.

General clenliness was poor. Stepped on a blueberry when we first walked into the room, and a pair of children's underwear was found under a bed. Dust covering several surfaces, and dead insects on the window sills, particularly on the higher windows (I'm tall). Walls were thin, and we could hear conversations from next door. General furnishings and room were old and in dire need of refurbishment

The heated pool and lakefront location were excellent. We did not encounter an unfriendly member of staff. They were excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and very hot. A wide range of TV channels came in handy, as did the kitchen and kitchen amenities.

The Oasis reception looked to be permanently closed so we had to go next door to the Millennium Hotel reception to check in. The key was a bit sticky in the door so had to go back to the next door Hotel to sort it. Decor in the rooms are outdated and had old school glass slates above the bedroom windows which left lots of little lake insects on the pillows. Rooms daily clean but stray hair in a couple of places. Reception staff at the Millennium were amazing and helpful. One of the cleaners at the Oasis decided to walk straight into us while checking out as the pathway was narrow and she wasn’t going to move…rude!

It had a kitchenette with a stove but the stove top was broken, wouldn't heat. The main pool was too hot - actually had to go to the smaller hot pool with my toddler which was ironically cooler. The fan in the bathroom clacks and the water pump is noisy through the night. The room service was nice but don't tell you it has a surcharge. I booked for the location but it was stormy so didn't get to enjoy it for that. Not much going for it, same price but not as good as de bretts

The room service dinner was lovely. The location is great next to the lake.

Wifi didn't work on one occasion. It's a bit difficult to find your way around when the reception is closed.

I really loved the location by the lake. It was great to have a heated swimming pool. The room gave me easy access to both, and also I was able to park near to my room so easy to shift luggage.

the heated pool was great. The bed was a bit soft for my personal liking.I did not get a great nights sleep because the entry door had a glass pane that was not covered and the outside lighting flooded the room.A simple addition of a blind that could be pulled at night would fix this.

The indoor spa being located in the hotel next door. This wasn't made clear when we booked. The outdoor spa was a little rough, tiles etc breaking up around the edge.

Location was great - loved being lakeside with the walkway right outside. Overall property was a little dated, but clean & well laid out. Pool was nice. Beds were comfy

I left an item in the room, the Sunday receptionist was helpful but the Monday receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I asked to book for next year, she said she would get back to me but hasn't.

Great location, the pool was great and it was good to be able to access it from our room.

the reception was closed from late afternoon so if you require anything you have to go next door. We were in the pool and wanted to use the spa but it was locked. We were not going to get dried and dressed to walk next door to ask if someone could let us in so that wasn't great. Rooms very clean and tidy but decor old and tired. veneer lifting in places etc. had a cold snap and the rooms were freezing - could have done with more blankets on the beds. queen bed fine but smallest single beds ever - okay for kids not so much adults.

10 out of 10 for the view. Lovely warm pool. met the cleaning staff on check out and they were so warm and friendly and smiley. Good shower. But back to the view! I could have sat all day and looked out at the lake and mountains - just amazing.

The distance from the town and places to eat. The room was very dated . It was like a caravan park. You could hear your next door neighbor's talking and walkers and runners early morning on the boardwalk .very thin walks .

The location next to the lake was lovely . The lunch was excellent. The shower was very good.
