Bed was uncomfortable. It was hot, no Aircon. A bit of a smell in the hallway. It isn't sound proof, I could hear the other guests

Nice cheap place to stay. Much cleaner that The Golden Glow in Rotorua. The Golden Glow is a filthy hole. Avoid at all costs. This place was nicer for a fraction of the cost

We booked the Princeton Apartments, but just the day before we received an email saying that we had to be relocated, so they moved us to Empire Apartments. The reception is not open 24 hours. The apartment was not as clean as it should be.

The room is wide with good ilumination. You can borrow a hairdresser if you need it. You have your own kitchen and bathroom and there are coffee and tea to help yourself. Relatively close to the city center.

No parking area. No free internet. I paid for a 3gigabyte internet connection it didn’t even reach 24hours and I haven’t even used it then it expired?

The rooms were very tired and could use a refresh.

Rooms were run down , wall paper hanging off the wall. Toilet cistern had water running constantly. Cockroaches found in the kitchen cupboards.

1. some unpleasant smell within the apartment. 2. access to the lobby of the building (lifts etc) was difficult due to the location of the building along a steep slope. it was a two storey climb each time getting to street level, without any elevator. steep and narrow steps made it even more difficult up and down especially with suitcases and luggage. 3. no parking facilities or services for our rented vehicle.

the apartment was reasonably spacious and well- equipped. for the price we paid for it was value for money. its in the CBD and access to public tranport was very easy.

The fan over stove was dirty, the plates were not clean. Wifi should be included as it's an essential these days

Very old facility, the kitchen cooker needed replacing. Altogether a very well lived in facility. Hard to find the allocated parking as it’s literally got no signage. Wasted a whole hour and ended up needing navigation help from Nigel to find my parking. Not great when on a tight timeline.

I got what I paid for. A budget accomodation which met my very basic needs. A comfortable clean bed. Nigel, the manager was very helpful. Altogether it was what I expected for the money spend in a central inner city location.

Could have been cleaner, we literally we're only sleeping there so it was fine, you could see water damage in the bathroom, one room smelt a bit strange at first and the kitchen air vent looked like it had never been cleaned in it's life.

Good value for money, decent location, not far from anything, friendly front desk staff, bed was comfy as we're the blankets, all bedding was clean.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better especially in the kitchen. There wasn't a toaster and while dishwashing liquid was provided there was no tea towel to dry dishes with.

The apartment was in an excellent location and had an awesome view over the city and towards the harbour. The bed was warm and comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful.

I didnt know I could get Wifi... My room did need repairs due to previous water damage in bathroom, but that superficial, and I'm sure will get done in time. Also, could have done with a more thorough clean...but it is student acommodation aferall.

it was quite tiny, the bed uncomfortable although I slept well being so tired my daughter did not, space was very grubby dirty hand marks all over the doors and walls. I wiped them down with wipes as there was no dish cloth, no tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel or face cloth.
