The only thing I can comment here is that the motel room looks a little dated & not like the photos supplied on the website. HOWEVER, the cleanliness & comfort of the room more than made up for this.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a late check out the night before we were due to leave. Quick response. The room was very clean, with no dust in sight.What you needed in a kitchenette waa provided which i liked. Ample supply of towels. Beds were nice & comfortable. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Outdated facilities - shower is really low, no wipes provided compared to other hotels we have stayed. The sky cable is not working (basic channels only). The headboard was really dusty and the bedside table.

Despite the room was presented very clean, there was some 'snacks' in between the sofa/couch seats from previous guests. May have been overseen by cleaning staff. Wifi was dropping out intermittently. Otherwise, room was great and no dramas.

Room was very spacious and very clean. Location was good, parking was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and took the time to show me the direction of where the food was, and even better being walking distance. Beds were comfy and felt luxurious. Would stay there again when returning back to Hamilton

Clean tidy rooms great central location, kids loved the hot tub. Pak n save right across the road along with subway, sushi, and other places to dine. Main shopping centre just down the road. Receptionist was lovely

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and shops. Plenty of off street parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lift access was great and made moving luggage super easy.

Rooms are a good size and good standard. Clean and comfortable. We had a ground floor room which was great for all the baby stuff. Pool area looked nice and was popular with guests. Good location and close to takeaways and restaurants walking distance. Parking area was good and free as well.

The queen bed in the one bed room motel unit was very old. Also the position of the bathroom tap was not convienient.

We decided to have a full buffet breakfast. Although there was all the usual food available it was all only lukewarm to cold. Would probably have been hot had we gone at 7.30am. Also It was not pointed out to us that we could also order off the a la carte menu which we would have done had we been given that option. Breakfast 7am to 10am, we went about 8.30am.

Room was exactly what we expected. Bathroom was clean with all necessary amenities. Only negative was shower was over bath which is difficult to access when you're in your mid 70s
