Beautiful location, and scenery, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to have some room to spread out with a living room, dining table and seperate bedroom area. Outside seating was lovely to sit and enjoy the view with a drink and some nibbles.

Nothing it was awesome!

occasionally in your travels you find an absolute gem! I was visiting clients in the Takapuna area and this was the perfect base for 2 days. Amazing hosts and the cottage had all you could need to relax, work and prepare meals. Beautifully decorated and plenty of good spots, inside and out to take in the stunning vistas. Clean, warm, comfortable and just a short drive to some local shops for supplies and/or dinner options. Pretty much halfway between Takapuna and Devonport (another great place to explore) that both have a huge variety of eateries and shopping.

Lovely accommodation just wish we were there to enjoy it more. Such a lovely spot and it was perfect just down the road from our friends house. We were there for a short time as seeing our son off for his OE to Europe. The Boat House had everything we needed for our short stay.

Couldn't find any restaurants or shops within walking distance. It's a short distance to the city but when taking a taxi during peak hours it can take about 30-40 mins due to traffic around the bridge.

Very clean, peaceful and beautiful boat house. Well worth the price! It had a very rustic look. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the required facilities for a traveller like fridge, microwave, cutlery etc..

Amazing view if you dont see water much. Beautiful bird visitors. Fluorescent mini waves at night time were so beautiful. Great off road parking.

Its an amazing place to stay. Right on the edge of the water (which on my stay was glowing fluorescent blue. So pretty)

The location was just amazing with spectacular views of Auckland city. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

That we were busy to really enjoy this beautiful home. That we didn't read the manual because it says that you can have guests to visit but not stay of course, but we were visiting for our daughter's 18th and she wanted to come to our home before going nightclubbing and we said no guest allowed.

Location, it was special to be right beside the water especially in the city. Unfortunately we were absent during the day to enjoy the scenery, coming home in the late evening, going straight to bed. We did have a night at home but it rained! LOL The home was so comfy, clean and stylish. We were really impressed by it size, lounge with its awesome view, lots of room in the kitchen to cook a banquet, bathroom was spacious, and the bedroom OMG

The bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom has no noise isolation.

The house is located on the beach with a stunning view across the harbor. It's a quite and beautiful place. All facilities are as described. There is one car parking space near the house. The host was friendly and helpful, our check-in and check out passed smoothly.

Beautiful location bordering on the mudflats of the Auckland harbour. Location is also convenient to both the North Shore and Auckland CBD. Spacious and decorated with flair and nice artwork.
