We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe soundproofing between the apartment floors- understand with the uniqueness of the facilities but must be something in a retrofit sense you can do to lessen the movement noise between the upstairs and downstairs as it is a factor. This was the only negative we had otherwise was great

New ZealandWarm and friendly reception from the owner, on our arrival. My grandchildren were so excited and straight away felt at home. Vibe of the place was cosy, relaxing and comfortable. Very private and quiet. Location perfect for all activities. Walking distance to shops. Will definitely be staying there again. Would recommend it anytime to anyone wanting to experience Raglan nothing at all

Really great property to stay in - lots of history and in a great location on a thriving wharf that is also still working as well. The apartment was well laid out and really did have everything we needed in terms of facilities. Very comfortable beds, rooms nicely laid out and the views from the balconies were spot on. Kitchen are fantastic, again fully kitted out and well sticked with dishes etc. Nice welcome pack of Tea, Coffee and milk as well. Within easy reach of the main shops and town area along with beach access.

A cosy place to hunker down during a storm when we first arrived, then cool and comfy and spacious for a week of glorious sunshine, and right on the water's edge. The hosts had thought of everything we might need and were easily contactable should there be any problems or if we needed anything. A perfect break away 👌
