Check in was a little unclear so we had to find the hosts! Not much to do in the evening so bring a book.

We didn’t like that we had to leave.. Our week went way too fast & we plan on staying much longer next visit!

This farm stay was Excellent in every way possible! Funtastic air bnb with all the facilities you need. Upstairs the beds were so comfy & warm. Even has a little ‘Harry Potter’ room, which was also utilised to the max! The breathtaking rural farm views as well as over into Te Kuiti township were just second to none. We had the pleasure of mingling with farm dogs, helping ourselves to the Delicious Feijoa trees, sampling the awesome Host Karen’s Brownies.. yummy yummy! Was so Awesome to meet Karen & Phillip they are good old fashioned hosts with plenty of smiles & friendly conversations, very helpful with lots of local recommendations for local outings of all kinds. Their dedication to their farm stay & their farm lifestyle shines through beautifully every day! The exquisite views of the pretty stars & milky-way to name one - at night is just Devine as well.. We will be back again, sooner rather than later we can guarantee it! Thank you Karen & Phillip again for having us, this is The Best Air BnB we have stayed at yet & we have tried out a lot. Nothing, was all great.

Loved everything about the loft. Cosy, but plenty of space. Such a beautiful property and view, enjoyed greeting the cows in the morning. Was like a home away from home.

Utterly gorgeous setting! Communicative and friendly host, easy check in, and lovely space with delicious homemade brownies, breakfast cereals, and comfortable beds for our family.

Beds are doubles and the place would be perfect with a queen. This is clear on the booking and that's great. My only issue with this is the beds have a wooden foot on them and so tall people like myself can't let our feet hang off the end and really get comfy. I ended up having to sleep diagonal in the second bed. Very minor gripe hence the near perfect score anyway. Just might help a fellow tall person.

The views were amazing (even despite the near persistent rain). Kitchen was well equipped with a plug in induction stovetop and plethora of utensils. Rooms were cozy and the shower was great. Living Room was super comfy. Bonus points for bonus doggo, Dudley who was super friendly (owners were quite lovely too but dog wins).

Great spot to relax. Loved the sheep, cows and dags. Hosts were fantastic and a great spot to stay to base yourself for the caves and walks. Fully functional loft.

This place was our favourite of our entire trip... We all made memories feeding the sheep, hanging with the dogs, and hiking up the ridge to see the incredible views. The hosts are amazing! Kind and informative, she even baked us brownies 💚. Our only regret was not staying longer..... Recommend making time for this stay, it will not disappoint.
