Great location near the beach

Tv channels were not working from hundreds, we had only a view news channels. Windy area keep this in mind. On the breakfast we missed some fresh fruits cuttet and dark bread. There were no yogurts in portion( More choice and more hygienic) The fruit juice was like sugar and water or powered. I am sure there is a possibility for even better one.

Room was very nice! Food was good. You have choices! The resort is very well maintained. Quiet area also the beach and pool area are well maintained. The area were the resort is located is just stunning. Our room in the corner was a dream to sit and just enjoy! The staff ist just friendly and lovely. Very committed to make everything perfect for the guest.

Very little but coffee machine was only used for breakfast and not for evening meal. Overall I thought that compared with our stay in the mountain and desert it was a little pricey.

Lovely location and able to dine outside on the boat restaurant. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were always asking if they could assist you. Our vegetarian and gluten free diets were well catered for with a varied selection.

We absolutely loved the property, however there were signs everywhere with rules for just about everything, making you feel a bit “restricted”. The staff is extremely helpful but they always watching you which can feel uncomfortable at times.

Turtle beach resort is perfectly located on the beach of Al Hadd. The location couldn’t be better with crystal blue waters and beautiful pink sand as well as immaculate gardens and a refreshing pool! The highlight for us was being able to scuba dive at the dive center next door called Arabian Sea Adventures.

I had 2 book 2 rooms for 3 people but we would have fit in 1 room.

Hotel beginns to be a little outdated. Turtle watch was expensive with taxi and not great. There were much to much people. Seems there is a turtle watch for free right next to the hotel.

Nice location with excellent beach. Well kept sorroundings. We enjoyed corner room with sea- and lagoonaview. Nice little terrace. Life music at the dinner.

The food at the restaurant wasn’t the best, I believe this can be improved. The dinner was cold.

We had an amazing time at the resort, with the close proximity to the beach, we could even go in for a swim. The rooms were clean and provided a sense of the Omani heritage. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I don't feel there was anything really wrong with with the place.

Cabana style accommodation with all facilities, we took one overlooking the beach, the place is safe and good for kids, there is a pool with lifeguard and access to Ras Al Hadd beach. The dhow style dining area just adds to the feel of a good getaway. The food is good but not an extensive menu but we eat enough and enjoyed the live local entertainment. I didn’t manage to reach the bar but drinks can be had with your meals I would say a good base for a few nights,

The staff at the reception was a bit too rude. I believe we cannot get our own alcohol to the resort which I found to be weird as all the hotels' and resorts including the 5* rated resorts in Oman were allowing guests to bring their own booze. What was annoying is the way she said that alcohol that we are getting must be deposited in the reception sounded quite unprofessional.

Beautiful location, beach front. Excellent positioning of the outdoor dhow shaped restaurant. Food was nice and delicious. The resort had some exceptional breeze in the evening. Enjoyed the clear sky and the space it had for guests to take short strolls.

- There was one family that quite noisy in the public space and disturbing. Im not talking about small kids, these were adults. - Need guards/guide in front of the beach who ‘educate’ the guests about do’s and dont’s related to turtle and its reserve area.

The location, the food, the facilities, such a hidden gem. The beach is CLEAN. The guards in pool did very good job.
