Breakfast is not even close to 5-star hotel. At best it could be rated as 3-star. Poor choice with not the best quality food. In the room, the pillows are of very poor quality and not ergonomic at all.

Very nice and spacious rooms with nice, at times too formal, staff. Excellent wifi throughout the property.

There was no power outlet in the closet to use the steamer. But that is such a small detail.

Decoration, confort, breakfest and Location. Also the staff was very good. Norka specially recommended a tour to San Blas and a city tour and both were wonderful.

There was a slight musty smell in the room. I know it is humid in Panama City. But hotel should check into this.

Bed was great! So was the breakfast. What a lush buffet. Staff could not help enough. I enjoyed a wonderful "Bristol" massage at their spa. Loved the Adama (gourmet) restaurant (that happens to be Kosher) literally two minute walk from hotel.

The hotel staff is wonderful. They arranged transportation from and to the airport as well as assisting us with restaurant reservations. Our rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast that was included with our room was amazing. The hotel restaurant also has an excellent dinner service. We would highly recommend staying at the Bristol Panamá.

Perhaps hotel could arrange to have a water dispenser with lemon or other fruit for flavoring place near entrance so that guests walking in from heat can refresh themselves prior to heading to their room.

Beautiful Hotel, in the center of Panama. Great onsite restaurant, breakfast offered had a variety of food choices. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. First time I could log in to Netflix in a hotel, which I absolutely loved.

The only thing I can say that was not great was that the temperature of the water in the shower did not get hot enough

The room was beautiful and elegant. More than we expected! The staff was extremely helpful and if we had any questions, they answered quickly and cleary. Would definitlely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

At times the front desk was a bit understaffed. The nice bar on the ground floor, which serves excellent Martini cocktails, unfortunately was closed on Sundays, and in the evenings is open only until 10:30pm.

The Bristol Panama provides with a classy accommodation in the heart of Panama City financial district. Both the Tocumen international airport and the Casco Viejo are a short taxi ride away. Staff are very kind and efficient. Ms Norka Rojas, Guest Relations manager, was particularly nice and efficient. Rooms are large and comfortable.

My room in the 7th floor didn't have the best view, but I didn't book it for looking out of the window all day long. So, the answer is: There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff super friendly and attentive, breakfast delicious, 300 meters to Metro Estación Iglesia del Carmen, valet car parking without additional costs, Sixt Rent-a-car 150 meters just around the corner, Coffee Max (Obarrio) which became my favorite location for some snacks and drinks in the evening at the same distance, and the area totally safe.

Not much not to like. The location was fine, good neighborhood but not much in walking distance on wkend in this business district.

Hotel, staff, rooms everything was amazing! Everybody was so kind and helpful! Shout out to everybody at the reception and at the entrance, you made us feel like home! I hope Bristol Management knows what an amazing team and staff they have, we will definitely come back because everyone made us feel special and like family there. Go book this hotel to stay in Panama, we were very happy to stay at Bristol rather than somewhere in Casco Viejo. 10/10

Nothing could've been better.

This property was amazing. From the moment of check in to all the way to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities were top notch. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the location is unbeatable - right in the middle of Panama City, with two blocks to the Cinta Costera and a short drive to Casco Viejo. We're definitely going to stay here again next time we come back to Panama.
