The toilet was flushing water down the whole night. We tried to stop it, but the rubber in the system is old and needs replacement.

The equipment of the rooms should be updated. You should also use materials that ensure easier cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast should be more varied. Eating only eggs, jam and butter for five days was too monotonous.

The hotel itself is very nicely designed. The pool and pool bar are nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Location is also good.

Very loud, as expected considering the location on a busy street.

This was a nice property. Old, but clean, and the room was quite large. The AirPort Express bus picks up right out front.

Loved the style, and that the room had a kettle and fridge as well as a lounge area. Only stayed one night so didn't get to try out the pool or gym facilities.

Room had AC mounted under the window. It was very noisy from the street and next room AC. During the previous visits on the 2nd floor it was much quieter. Breakfast is very poor these days.

I’ve been staying in this place for the fourth time. It is clean as usual, staff is very helpful.

My only quibble was the breakfast service which should be a permanent fixture could use a bit variety and the pool is on the small side.

The location was excellent and always felt safe. The staff around the clock was very friendly and the cleaning staff kept the room super clean and tidy. The rooftop is a big plus.

Breakfast was simple, but good. There was a power outage on my arrival so I had to walk to 7th floor. The room was clean and functional, but it was fine as I was just sleeping on a long layover. AC was a noisy window unit.

Oscar, the breakfast room attendant, was rude, the evening reception staff incompetent.

Good location, good price, good breakfast. Lovely pool. Most of the personnel lovely, with notable exceptions.

If I had kids I’d be a little freaked out about the low balcony walls surrounding each floor and although rooms do have AC the machines can be a tad noisy but for me it’s not a problem. Only other things is that pool bar closes at 21.30 ish which is bummer because it’s quite nice and much cheaper than going out.

Over all I was extremely pleased with both the price and facilities. Pool was good as was the service there. Very well located if you’re tourist type person but overall I was pleasantly surprised and if asked would I stay again then the answer would be yes. Staff were all very attentive which is a big plus. The rooms are extremely big which is very good, having a separate lounging area went down well with me plus there’s a decent sized fridge and a proper kettle plus a washing up sink. When booking it doesn’t mention breakfast but there is a complementary breakfast of eggs, bread jam and Coffee / tea and juice which is pretty much standard for Peru on a freebie. Miguel in the bar is a top man, so definitely worth a tip and also speaks good English. Finally, the rooms do have a small flat screen TV with cable channels which includes Premier League football channel 621.

Not much really except a couple of the guys who serve breakfast and run the bar are fairly rude. They need some training in customer service. The ladies on the reception are lovely though!

The location is great, nice and safe around this area. Money change opposite and loads of restaurants. Rooms are big, very dated but I quite like that vibe! Pool on the roof is a nice area.

A bit outdated, the AC is noisy, there is no restaurant at the hotel and the breakfast is ridiculous, just one small bread with eggs and coffee/juice.
