Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

UkraineThere is no actual kitchen for communal use here.
Nascar is a pretty good place and things will be fast paced because it's a tourist hub. So this place works well, like a home stay. A family of locals live here and they are very helpful and accommodating. You can get a good breakfast, the hostess even cooked me up some food I brought at the supermarket.

Family run. Super helpful. They let us check in at 7am when we arrived on the night bus. They also gave us advice to visit the Nasca lines with local bus because we weren’t going to fly. Saved us a bunch of money over a tour. Wonderful family. Super helpful. Clean rooms. Great value.

CanadaThe perfume used for cleaning was the strongest I've encountered and the staff didn't seem especially engaged. They would also only talk to us in USD, an annoyance as non-American travellers that seems common to Nazca and Cusco (but not most other places in Peru) that led us to book our flight with someone who dealt in SOL at better rates the hotel were unwilling to match despite that we ended up flying with a company they deal with.
Good value for money a block away from Nazca's main square with strong marks for the comfortable beds and hot shower, plus the rooftop patio was really quite nice and the WiFi was consistent and strong. It's cheap, it's central, and (if you don't mind strong perfumes) comfortable. For many, that's going to be more than enough.

SpainBrabant Hostel is a family run hostel. They are very friendly. The hostel is very well located, very close to Plaza de las Armas and 10min walking from the bus station. They help you organize your visits (Nazca lines, Cementerio de Chauchilla...) and also if you have early or late checkins or outs (they store your luggage). Rooms are comfortable.

FranceWeird system in the shower but it worked. Also, note that you're in Nazca, so you don't necessarly hot shower and you won't get hot shower. It wasn't freezing cold either but cool water and you can't manage the temparature from what i remember. Other than that nothing that really cought our attention
Very welcoming and nice staff ! The room was spacious as well as the bathroom ! We didn't spend much time in the room, but we felt good there and the beds allowed us to sleep great ! There is also plenty of place to hang your clothes, it's always great if you take the time to unpack !

United KingdomThe bedroom could have done with a fan as the room got quite stuffy at night, there was really loud banging all night which sounded like people knocking to get in but because our bathroom had a hole in the wall to reception it was really loud in the room and kept us up
It was generally clean (apart from our shower curtain was covered in mould), the owners were friendly & it’s in an excellent location
