I enjoyed the Pool for my morning swim, the room was big and clean, the breakfast good.

the cleaning lady who was at the reception when we checked in was not so friendly overall clean but there were two hairs in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us

Great place and very nice hosts! We arrived with the night bus from Cuenca at 4:30am, and the host got up to welcome us and let us check in (we paid for half a night extra). The pool was also very nice.

Everything was perfect, I arrived at 5am and he let me check in, the place is amazing, the Room is spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is great. The breakfast is delicious. Gracias amigos ❤️

Owners were extremely accommodating, very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and breakfast was excellent. WiFi was smoking and my daughter loved the pool. Perfect hotel for a family get away. Next time I'm in Mancora it is the only place I will stay. Chris-North Carolina USA

Room was perfect. Has an air conditioner which is very nice when its hot outside which it is in Mancora. The woman who owns the hotel is one of the nicest people I have met. I can only recommend it :)

bed wasn’t the most comfortable

great location just off of the Main Street so fairly quiet! Staff made us feel right at home. Lovely breakfast each day with something a little different freshly made. really clean throughout. good AC in the room!

No hot water in the shower, but it was lukewarm and Mancora is a hot place so it didn’t really matter.

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast included. Great location for walking to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you for cleaning and changing linens and towels every day, and also for breakfasts. Swimming pool is very clean. Good location, close to local market - we could buy fresh fruits every day, restaurants, and to beaches as well. Near is the best pizzeria.

Too many mosquitoes, it would be nice if add some devices inside the room to avoid them. Despite all windows were closed, there was a toon of them inside the room. Wi-Fi is strong but not inside the rooms.

Pool was amazing, some little bugs but not a big deal, it's because of the tropic of course.

The husband and wife don't speak one word of English. Considering they are in a touristy town and advertise their guesthouse internationally on booking.com, you think they would make an effort to learn just a few basic words, but no! The swimming pool didn't look that clean, the water didn't look crystal clear. There was a filter floating on the water, but I didn't ever see it turned on. The sheets don't fit the bed, and you'll end up just sleeping on the mattress. There is also mould on the walls. You don't get a key to the front door, so every time you want to come back in, you have to press the buzzer. I had to leave for diving at 6am, and the front door was bolted locked and I couldn't get out! I had to go upstairs and knock of their bedroom door to ask to be let out,! Bring locked in is no good if there is a fire!

Location is good, just off the main drag down a quiet alley. 10 mins walk to beach and centre. Good strong air conditioning in rooms.

you don’t get a key for the maingate, so if you come home at 4am the chance of not getting into your room is quite big..

Wi-Fi rarely worked while I was there. The rooms / showers do not have hot water. The pool is directly outside all rooms and the walls create a canyon of noise if people / kids are using the pool. Fortunately, pool use was during the daytime only while I was there.

The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. If wi-fi and hot water aren't priorities, it is probably a decent short-stay option for Mancora given the price.
