The facilities were good but the rooms needed some improvement. They look completely different from the rest of the hotel. But in general everything was good.

The hotel is in a remote area so walking is not a good option. Has a very basic gym.

It is more expensive place than most in Ica but its nice. It has a spacious room by one of the pools. Breakfast was ok.

Wish they put some bottle water and glasses in the room will be nice touch when you arrived.

All the staff are very helpful and the bed is comfortable and big spaces.

Wifi was on and off, not consistent. We did not need much during our stay but it might be an issue who is dependent on it.

Everything was great, from the food to the staff. I would highly recommend for those looking for a hotel in the area

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. Pool looked clean but we didn't get a chance to use it because we were rushing to go to Lima. The hotel was also situated inside a gated community. So, the added security was comforting.

The room didn’t have a safety box although the pamphlet given during check in says it has For old people or people with leg injuries like me will find it difficult & tiresome to climb the flight of stairs if the room given is on 3rd or 4th level as there is no elevator as the hotel is on the slope of a sand hill. But they did help with my baggage. Although the restaurant & bar is within the same hotel but they are different commercial establishments. Thus you need to pay 18% VAT on food bill which you don’t need to pay on room tariff as a foreigner. The room doesn’t have a wardrobe, the cloth hangers just dangle from a bar on a side of the table. Complementary water is not given in the rooms. A 15 min taxi ride from Huacachina for those who care - didn’t matter to me. There are no restaurants or super markets nearby - but the hotel restaurant is great with reasonable price.

The pools are mostly noisy from kids. One of the lady at the breakfast should be more friendly ! For a dinner the hamburger was terrible, after that had 2 days problems with my stomach. The Checkin time took too long .

The price and the room was fine, the hotel is 20 minutes drive to the popular huanchina oase and the desert .

Water was cold the first night and then next day there was no cold and it was hot. Not sure if this was normal or not. We didn't complain because we thought perhaps it was normal 🙂

It was far from Huacachina and inconvenient to take a taxi to go back and forth. Also, there's no elevator so it's difficult to carry heavy luggage to room, or for those who has difficulty walking up the stairs.

The hotel was nice and clean, and a nice view from a balcony room. It was located in a gated community.

We liked everything about our stay in Villa Jazmin. One of the best locations in Ica. We are glad we didn't stay in overcrowded Huacachina.

We liked the heated pool. Quiet and secure location. Great food (the owner is Belgian and the hotel restaurant serves some familiar dishes and also local food).

in a family bungalow I would expect a living room where the family can seat.

This is a resort style hotel. We booked a family bungalow and it was spacious however the "living" room was indeed a room but with almost o furniture and no place to seat.

The restaurant was understaffed at breakfast, so service was slow.

The 2 pool areas were great. The view from the room balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although it was in a residential area it was quite noisy especially with various cars beeping outside during the night. We were at the front of the property, the back is probably quieter. Pool not as clean as it could have been.
