The car park has limited space and in a steep elevation. It is not in front of the beach, and far from convenient store and restaurants. There is no direct access to the beach.

The place is decent. I like the interior of the room, clean and comfortable beds, and the huge comfort room. The breakfast was also delicious. Nice pool as well.

We had a van with us and the steep drive was a challenge, as was the parking due to the limited space to park in.

Room only cleaned once in a week stay. Would have liked just bins emptied. Very breezy which was pleasant but very noisy at night due to doors rattling. Not much you can do about this but bit tough if light sleeper.

Nothing - the room, location, and host are amazing. They have good food and a beautiful balcony as well where you can dine.

Such a great place to stay! Highly recommended if you are visiting Puerto Galera. It is not that far from White Beach and very easy to get a tricycle or just simply walk. I preferred the location because you have peace and quite when you want it, then an easy way to get to the more touristy areas of Puerto Galera.

Water in the shower fluctuated uncontrollably between extremely hot and cold (in the family room and the suite, in the deluxe room it was ok...we stayed in all 3 room classes) Distant location to city center, you have to take a tricycle every time

Relatively new, modern hotel with tastefully decorated rooms cozy beds with good mattresses, refrigerator, quiet air conditioning, television, enough sockets. The upper 2 floors have a private balcony with large windows and sturdy fly screens. Great location on the mountain with sea views. A bit remote so you need a tricycle to get to the next town, but it's a quiet location. Nice place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle Often very windy to stormy due to the exposed location on the mountain The rooms on the restaurant level are a little noisier, depending on the guests. 2 small, pleasantly cool small pools that are cleaned regularly. WiFi in the hotel is completely ok, you get a voucher that is valid for 10 days, upload and download speed of 5120 Kbps is completely sufficient and unlimited. Room cleaning is - as indicated by an information in the room - available on request, also daily. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful, Unfortunately, sometimes it was "confused" - there was always incorrect information from one person, the rest was very quick and clever. At the beginning we wanted to change the room because it didn't match our booking. After consulting with the manager, we got an upgrade, which was very unproblematic and quickly resolved by the hotel. We were able to enjoy our stay very much, many thanks to the team and management We can fully recommend the hotel.

Elevated place not advisable for old people as they only have stairs with no lifts although their staff are willing to help to carry the baggages. Food was great but small portions only but a bit pricey. The hot water on the shower was unpredictable as it gets too hot then too cold.

Superb view, one of a kind place amongst other accommodation in Puerto Galera. It’s a great combination of having a quiet place to stay and relax and just few minutes away from the busy streets and markets. There are some few issues which are being fixed by the Manager.

The steps are a bit challenging for the baby boomers generation. Maybe some hand rails would provide more ease!

The amazing place near the two good beaches, with the stunning view and facilities. That was my first time in Philippines, and definitely I had a really good rest. It’s a quit place, where you can have a break and enjoy the nature and the perfect Philippines weather. The stuff we’re trying to make our time as convenient as possible. Thank you for that. We had a good time, good meals and good rest. Moreover, they upgraded our room for free and accepted to change the checkout day, because the boat schedule was too early that day. Thank you one more time

The portions of food for the costs weren’t great, we had to double up on meals to feel satiated so would suggest either reducing the price or increase the portions to avoid double the bill at the end of your stay! Also, no ‘normal’ toiletries provided, no toothbrushes or slippers, although the slipper delivery was delayed. Many power cuts but potentially related to electric shower overuse.

The views and the pools were great, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, arranging tours, massages and more, sending helpful info prior to our arrival so we were prepared for registrations, ferries and fees.

For a hotel with a rating as high as this the level of service was a little disappointing. There was only complimentary coffee provided on the first day, I have stayed in hotels which cost half the price of this place and they provided complimentary tea and coffee every morning. Although the food was excellent there was no mention of a 12% VAT charge on every item.

Even if we hang the '' Need to Be Clean'' sign on the door knob cleaners didn't clean. So we'd asked the staff and have them scheduled cleaning at 4pm.. Our room was in front of the swimming pool so we couldn't see a view from there cause if we open the curtain everyone from the outside will see us.

Staff are very nice and accommodating. Ocean view is perfect, I love it . The place is near to Mangyan Village and White Beach.
