Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Can’t find the right temperature for the Air-conditioning (hard to find the right setting). Saw cockroach crawling beside the tables at the cafe while I was eating.

Everything is great. However, during my stay the wifi was not working 😩

My room have a great view , seeing the how beautiful the city ♥️ . Very spacious room. Location wise is superb as its in the middle of everything.

The hot water is extremely hot and will burn you but it will not last very long. When I was taking a shower, the water would gradually get cold until there was no more hot water at all. It takes a long time to get an elevator. The room has a kitchenette but you have to request to get any cookware.

The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very good. Directly across the street from the SM Megamall with lots of stores and restaurants. The AC worked well.

Overall is ok, except for the bed frame, it looks soo worn out & not really clean, and the shared power point of heater & the cooker. I end up bathing with cold water as I forget to put back to heater after I used it to boil water. Markings for the cooker has also worn out.

1. The hot water in the shower would run out after a few minutes and gradually get cold. 2. There was a small leak in the window when it would rain. 3. The way the curtain and shade is positioned, you can't block out the daylight completely. 4. The kitchenette had no pots or pans etc. I found out later that you can request them, but seems like if the room comes with a kitchenette, that you would not have to ask for those items. 5. The bathroom sink faucet was difficult to operate and would get stuck and made a grinding noise. 6. I could not get any channels on the TV. 7. At times, it would take a long time for the elevator to arrive.

The room was large with plenty of closet space and the bed was comfortable. The view of the city was very nice. The pools were very enjoyable. Everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly across from the entrance to the SM Megamall. Just walk across the street and your in the mall. Just inside the mall is a large grocery store which is very convenient.

I would just like to suggest that the hotel should include toothbrush and toothpaste on their provided necessities since almost all of the hotels that I've been to were providing all the bathroom necessities.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They also allowed me for an early check-in. The place is also accessible since it is near the mall. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you just want to relax and explore the city at the same time

They don’t allow late check out even just for 30 minutes. A lot of cockroaches inside the room. Staffs are not that friendly, they won’t even smile at you especially the bell men.

My room's air con was constantly leaking. They had maintenance work on it, but still leaks. The breakfast was subpar, except Fridays and weekends.
