Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

there are only two elevators that service the entire building - I had to wait awhile every time I used the elevator. There is a spacious gym, but the equipment is dated and does not look like they are cleaned often.
staff is very accommodating and always available. TVs are updated to log in on streaming platforms.

I was disappointed when I checked-in, hen I opened the fridge a small cockroach appeared and crawled out the room. I front desk staffs need salesman techniques: such smiles, greeting, call the guest by name, little explanation of the hotels. The staffs are overwhelmed of manual work. The hotel system need updating. Double processing of work. Why you need issues a receipt,if your system can print a bills. Probably you need to update the requirements of tax revenue department and the accounting department . The coffee shop, it looks there over lapping jobs. The host,The manager, the waiter are concentrating on the guest arrival. Waiters and busboy not clearing the dirty or used tables. Empty serving plates were not replenished. I went for breakfast at 9:00 am. The foods and drinks are great. It one of the best buffet I had experience. The housekeeping department, they must observe constant amenities are given regularly. Your maintenance was great, they immediately responded when my safety box didn’t work. Within three minutes it was repaired. When I check out, once again the double procedure. The hotel system not updating, it requires to issue a manual receipt. This can additional error to the clerk. And guest History does not work in the system. Because when I come back 2nd time, same information were asked after 10 days. Bell service was great.
This my first in the hotel, I love the property, amenities and location.

The hotel really needs a revamp, it is looking tired. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the last 10 years and yet it is still the same furnishings. I had issues with a leaking waterpipe at 4.30am in the morning which flooded my bathroom, maintenence were very quick to respond. The water from the shower doesn't drain from the bathtub.
The staff are very friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any requests. The bed was very comfortable and the location is very good for shopping at near-by shopping malls.

can hear knocking sounds from next room. could use better lighting on the stairwell.

The wifi could be a bit better sometimes.

General traffic noise consistent (although this comes with territory of staying in a city!). We were jet lagged and woke up at 5am, the gym facilities “opened” at 6 and whilst we asked if they could turn the lights on sooner (gym on a separate floor to guests) this couldn’t be accommodated.
Clean, good sized rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good gym facilities and breakfast had excellent choice. Good overall value for money.
