You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe furniture was chipped (I don’t mind that) and old, that should be considered. BUT: the bathroom was unacceptable. There was everywhere mold and it was dirty. It was so bad that I did not even want to take a shower after a 9 hrs flight.
It was close to the airport and to the mall etc. For a Transfer actually good, if the below mentioned aspects have not been disturbing so much. The bed was clean. They do have a nice pool.

CanadaDisappointing that dispite the rooms being available they wanted an early check in fee... checkout at most hotels is 12...as is theirs but to check in before 2pm, asking for early checkin fee. Room was ready, I had checked it the day before. No mirror in the bathroom ??? Bone basic room... not at all as described online at booking.com. Only comes with TV and A/C, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. A/C was directed straight to the beds making it extremely cold sleeping or going without. Staff were pleasant but seemingly understaffed, dirty plates remained outside rooms most of the day. Cockroaches in room, not many but present.
For the online price for a twin room, it met expectations I would have for a budget hotel, but not for the walk in price, even the promotional walk in price. It is situated a short walking distance to the main entertainment center, so away enough from the noise.

Philippinesthe room; though it was supposed to be a "suite", we had to transfer room bec the CR is filthy and smelly and there were mosquitoes. Then we moved to another room, the CR is better but the room is the same, smelly and mosquitoes. Both mini fridge from these 2 rooms do not work. Plus, when you go upstairs, mattresses/poles are everywhere, "eye sore" for the guests. They should have a storage for these stuff.
the utility/maintenance man who assisted us was nice and the location is accessible; the room is also spacious.
