No direct access from Lobby to the Inside Mall. You need to get out and go in front/back. A bit hassle to the occupants.

We're satisfy for the entire stay. The hosts are very accommodating and the place really clean, smell good and cozy. The unit is also complete with utensils and furnishing, that's why we're able to cooked food.

Nothing. Perhaps what I just didn’t like was when the owner repeatedly asked us if we broke a wine glass when we left the unit with all of its stuff intact and all clean. It made us look bad. Improvement is needed on the checkout process.

2/4 of the elevators were out of service (more of the property management) so long waiting times and queues. Couple of bugs here and there despite not having brought food into the appartment

All amenities inside, washing machine, small kitchen, Good position and easy to access by road despite the traffic No building opposite, so lots of light coming in and a nice vew or greenfield district

Not the owners fault but it’s very small. Max people is two.

The owner put a lot of effort into making sure all things are covered for what one needs.Downstairs is a small mall with a super . Down the road is a mega mall . If your looking to explore a different area outside of Makati this would be a great place and the elevators are very fast. Also it has Netflix.

The Suite is special. It has all your essentials you could think of! kitchen ware, lovely bathroom, washing machine, big refrigerator, top quality dining area, finely lit in each section of the unit, comfy sofa and spacious bedroom. which honestly, other units lack in but this place does not disappoint. This place even goes the extra mile of having a bedroom ceiling fan. I’ve booked this twice already and It’s a well kept place feeling brand new every time. definitely one of my favorite places I go back to. the aroma is refreshing and the interior design has a clean modern look making it very comfortable like you’re in your own home. I appreciate the tall cabinet you can store everything in there form your luggage. It’s just well designed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more than comfortable stay. getting a unit with a great view is rare too but this place is situated at a perfect spot to spend time looking out at the city lights at the balcony. the owner and her assistant of this place are very easy to communicate with. kind and accommodating they’ve become some of my favorite people to interact with. I would give this place 5/5 stars for its interior design, professional staff, kind owners, affordable price, location, fast Wi-Fi, high end AC installation, top tier appliances and furniture making your stay feel like a treat.

The property is so clean and they have all the basic appliances you need . it’s good for staycation. The owner and ate rose was very helpful and very accommodating. We’ve been here twice last year and this year and it’s very well maintained.

We loved everything! The place was superb and has complete facilities. The unit owner even called to check on us. The unit smells good and clean. Free snacks and tea was given upon check in. Location is also accessible to different stores and establishments. We will surely book again soon. ❤️
