The internet wasn't the best especially at night when everyone is connected to the Wi-Fi. Or when there was bad weather. The mattress was a little bit thin but I didn't mind. I always had a good sleep

Everything that you could need is close by but not in the middle of the city so it was nice and quiet most of the time I woke up by the chirping of the birds. Also they have a really big shared kitchen. Best thing is to get a scooter and just drive around, you will find beautiful locations just around every corner. Good water pressure.

A good distance out of town, though it wasn't difficult to catch a trike. If you cannot bathe without hot water you will not like it, since there is no hot water. I personally did not mind its the Philippines. Weather is warm already, cool water just wakes you up.

The price, JMC Residence is the cheapest in town. Though there is no front desk, the manager called my phone directly and met me at the entrance when I arrived and was very friendly and helpful.

The CR was a bit small and has no hot shower.

If you are looking for a budget place to stay in, this is a perfect one. The location is near the city mall and the itegrated bus terminal if you are going to commute. The room is spacious and there is a kitchen with utilities you can use for cooking. The wifi is also good.

Not enough well-covered rubbish bin in the property. There is one in the kitchen but once you put, for example, used food-container there, lots of ants would just come.

It’s pocket friendly and it also has complete facilities. Yes, you can find a cheaper place in Tagbilaran but mostly it’s a dorm-type or the facility is just not as complete. Also, friendly owner and staff.

The owner's mom was really kind. It was the best! There is also a kitchen, dryer, and moped, so you can have a fulfilling time! Recommended as it is close to the port!

We have seen some tiny coach roaches inside the bathroom and a big flying one in the kitchen which my son was scared of.

Water in the cr does not go directly to the drain when you are taking a shower. Other than that, this place is highly recommendable.

The cooking facilities were amazing, it felt like a home away from home. The mall and food market weren't too far away so was easy to cook up some big cheap hearty meals.

A had a great stay here. The owner is very accommodating. I loved how we get to enjoy the shared space (laundry, kitchen, etc.) apart from the individual rooms. Internet connection is very strong is very ideal for those who need to catch up on online work. Rooms are very clean too. Location might be far from the City Center, but house is located near the road. Food delivery drivers can also locate it. Place is excellent!

The price was worth it. I would recommend the place for anyone who want to stay near Tagbilaran city. And I would like to thank the owner, and the people who assisted us the day we arrived they are nice people.

Although not a negative for us as we hired a motorbike for the duration of our stay, just note that the property is not necessarily in a tourist area with restuarants, bars etc.

Host (Rose) was lively and accommodating, organising our cheap motorbike rental quickly for the next day. Room was big and clean with a great shower and working air con. WiFi signal strong. Kitchen facilities were really good with an abundance of cooking Utensils, pots and pans etc.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks to my experience. Firstly, there weren't many dining options nearby, which made it difficult to find places to eat. This meant that I had to travel further to get food, which was inconvenient.

Starting with the positives, I found that the price was very reasonable for what was offered, making it an excellent value for my budget. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, I appreciated that they provided free drinking water, which was a nice touch
