    Waiting an hour for check-in; Garbage beach; View is blocked; Toilet was clogged; Security issue with unregistered guest.

    Breakfast was free; Staff were well dressed; Garden is beautiful and maintained; Pool is nice; Quiet resort.

    Our room had a strong algae smell. The soundproofing in our room was not good. We could hear the staff talking loudly all the way from the reception area.

    The hotel looked nice and the room was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was adequate.

    There was no coffee, water nor other amenities the first three days. However on the last day there was coffee, tea and water. Why werevthese not provide the first three days?

    Breakfast was great. Good variety every day! They said the gym was closed but I seen CC people in the gym working. Was it closed only fir me??

    All staff members were friendly and helpfull but it was not always easy to have conversation with them in english to explain to them what i wanted or needed. The grounds of the hotel are nice, quiet and well kept, but the location in Rosario Cavite a little remote with not much other facilitaties like for instance shopping or money atm machine easily at hand. The WiFi could be better.

    Breakfast and other food (lunch/diner) was great. Pool and lush garden atmosphere is wonderful. Sea sight was nice but i had hoped to that there would have been some sort of beach and possibility to swim in the sea. I like swimming in the sea a lot.

    We stayed at this resort during our visit to the Philippines. We paid Php10,000 for the room and we were shocked to find the rooms in such a deplorable state. The actual rooms are very much a far cry from what they had on the photos. This hotel obviously closed during the pandemic and is not ready for guests. The towels were dirty, heavily tarnished, gray in color instead of their original white color. The bed linens were dirty. The toilet had a smell. The hand-held spray was installed in properly. There is also a very loud noise, almost like a pump which goes on and off during between midnight and wee hours of the morning. We did not even sleep well. For the amount that they charge there are no bottled water in the room, only a set-up of a dirty, scratched plastic pitcher. The mini-bar is also empty. The staff tries hard but the POS systems between the restaurant and the front office are not even synchonized. This was really a horrible experience and we felt totally ripped-off.
