I would have appreciated a few more amenities for cooking. Such as a fry pan and a few basic staples. Spices, oil vinegar, soya etc.

Location was excellent, close to many stores and restaurants. Be sure to take time to go to the Roof Deck and enjoy the view.

Even at the very top of the building I can still sirens left and right, if you are commuting then you are for a surprise specially during dinner time. The elevator got a line just to get to your floor, they should program the elevator to work alternately.

Close to Don Bosco Parish and just a stone throw away. The restaurants are allover the place, shopping mall a few meters down the road.

Tower 3 has a problem: during peak time, you may have to wait several minutes for an elevator. The password was written in an annoyingly ambiguous way (please clarify whether it's a 0 or an o or an O, and remove the four final numbers: if they are not part of the password, why are they there?).

I always stay at the Beacon Residences when I'm in Manila. This time I stayed at apartment 2219 in Tower 3 (Amorsolo tower). The apartment is nice and clean. It's high up enough that the traffic isn't so bothersome. The wifi works well once you manage to figure out the password. They provide towels and toiletries. The staff is helpful. The condo is very conveniently located in Manila, just 15-20 minutes from the airport, in a building with a gym and a swimming pool, and many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Nearby there are a mall (Waltermart) with a big supermarket, and a great second hand bookstore in the old mall Makati Central Square, and pharmacies, laundromats, etc

The space just wasn't greatest for 3 people butttt other than that, we were not too fussed as everything else topped it!

The communication from the host was A1. They responded really quickly to all my enquiries. I booked another unit in a different tower that I didn't like (from another host) and asked this current host if they had another unit for us as I was very impressed with their set up when my brother checked in and they were able to accommodate us with another room similar to my brother's. The units are well kept and clean and at an excellent standard. You can tell that the host made extra efforts just to make sure that their guests enjoy their stay there. They had a fridge, microwave, all the plates and cutleries, iron and ironing board, extra blanket, a table set, a smart TV, REALLY GOOD WiFi, clean bathroom that even included shampoo and shower gel! It's the best stay I've had in the Beacon and I've been staying there every year for many years now. I always stay here as I also have a unit here but is being rented so am very familiar with the place. The amenities are just what I need - Waltermart right in front, Greenbelt just about 15 mins walk, Makati Medical Centre hospital just a 15 min walk too, 711 just outside, banks just outside. Perfect location! Thank you for being so accommodating and being so prompt in your actions. You really made our stay smoothe! I look up to the host and would definitely come back as you're now my favourite host at The Beacon.

It’s a high rise building with a lot of rooms and occupants so the elevator can be very busy especially when some are being serviced.

The building has extremely slow elevators and constant waiting lines. It took about half an hour to get out or back to condo.

water heater didn’t work but we were given a phone number of maintenance guy who could manage the issue. we never did, we’re always busy. also wasn’t an issue for us

we were in Manila for the first time and the location appeared to be awesome. the place was clean and tidy, Wi-Fi works fine, instructions from the host were simple and clear. sometimes you have to wait for an elevator. but that was not a problem for us. you can find basic gym and pool on the 6th floor. everyone was nice and polite.

The mattress should have been better/firmer. The room safe should have had instructions.

Great place. Small, but fine for a single person or couple. Quiet – no hallway or neighbor noise. Good aircon and WIFI. Good kitchenette with stovetop, boiler, fridge, microwave, utensils, dishes, etc. Good table/chairs/workstation. Good bathroom with hot water heater for the shower. The building has a nice lobby, lots of security and speedy elevators. Staff all around is nice and accommodating. Nice pool and gym on the 6th floor. The gym costs 100 pesos per visit but is worth it. (500 pesos for a one-month membership). A very affordable full-service laundry is on level P2. There’s a 7-11 and a handful of good restaurants just outside the lobby. A short walk (under 10 minutes) to Greenbelt. The team that manages this property is solid – swift response times and informative. Check-in was easy, as was collecting my deposit in the early morning at the end of my stay. Hotel staff hailed me a taxi to the airport - with no price gouging.

Just a minor one: always had a difficulty inserting the key to the keyhole. I hope the owner/host addresses that as it can be a bit inconvenient.

when we first arrived it wasn’t cleaned properly, hairs everywhere and the sheets were so damp they felt wet. They did get the cleaners immediately back in but it wasn’t much better, the hairs remained and the bed sheets were still damp! Not anything to do with the property but I do think I should warn people that we were pickpocketed the equivalent of £30 right outside the building, they were so good we had no idea what was happening until it had happened. I wish we had known what it was like in that area beforehand, all the guards from the building said it was totally fine to walk around, not sure it is…

The aircon is window type so its abit noisy. We have luggages; because the place is small we need to find to open our luggages. But the place is clean. Maybe because of pandemic paying and getting deposit thru gcash(which we dont have) or (local bank) its abit inconvenience. But they do give back no worries. Need to update towels.

The location is nice. Convenient to restaurant and waltermart. No problem coming and going to airport. Shower is good and bed is okay. They provide kettle, cutleries, shower gel, dish washing soap, the view of the city. Staff is accomodating. It's comfortable stay for short term.

There was nothing about it that I didn't like. Although having a bath wasn't too bad, I wish the place will fix its hot shower apparatus. It was on the 39th floor, which I only realized when I peered down from its window. Despite my fear of heights, I was able to handle it. I just turned my head away from the window.

Breakfast was not available at the place. But it's understandable given that we were just there to stay and sleep. Restos and quick food joints abound, so it's not difficult to walk down and grab some for us. Plus, there's an Asian convenience store below with ready-to-eat goodies that kept us going in the mornings.

The owner accepts only cash regardless of the amount (forced to look for an ATM around with beggars following me..). Streets around look poor, there are many beggars day time and drunk people night time.. The internet modem in my room got broken and the owner did not respond. In the room it was lacking the inductive pan for that inductive stove, so I couldn't cook!

kindly recheck the linens especially the comforter. it was not washed properly. i suggest to try changing the bedsheets and pillow cases..

place is clean and instructions from the owner is very detailed. we did check in earlier so that is also a plus. also i like the amenities like the pool and roof deck. the condo bldg itself is also clean and organize

Only thing was I didn’t have a sink to clean the dishes. I had to wash them in the toilet sink.

The location was perfect. It was near to the places that I needed to go, and just around 10 minutes away from the airport.
