To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good hotel, but “down in the tooth” compared to last year. They recently opened a casino in the hotel. My guess is cash flow loss is cause of deteriorating conditions there like holes in the linens and broken/damaged tiles and equipment.

Saudi ArabiaWhat I didn't like is the non availability of bidet. The furnishings and bedding are old. The carpet needs thorough cleaning. There are no nearby convenient stores and restaurants.
What I like was the free regular trip to MOA. The food was delicious. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating both by phone and by personal interaction.

Really enjoyed the mood of the hotel. Very friendly and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room spacious and comfortable. King size bed perfect. Aircon worked well. Great location.

United KingdomWhilst everything in the hotel room works fine, some of the facilities are dated particularly in the bathroom, and some things like cupboard doors look a bit tired. But if you look past this I think this hotel can provide great value and good comfort.
I have stayed here before and the rooms are very spacious, along with the bathrooms. The air conditioning doesn't turn off with the keycard so the room is always cool. The windows have secondary glazing, and there is a quieter side (back). I chose an inclusive breakfast and there is so much choice; but if you just want something light and don't want to pay, there are a number of places nearby. There is a pool and a small gym as well.
