The only thing we didn't like were the stairs, but we were prepared for that in advance.

Location was a bit noisy at night from nearby roads and outdoor music but ear plugs solved that problem. 5 flights of stairs and no elevator. Ok if you’re traveling light. Nearby neighborhood has no charm. If I were alone not sure I’d feel safe walking around at night.

Clean, comfortable bed, all the amenities we needed, parking, close to airport, easy walk to restaurants. Close to grocery store.

Well the toilet had not been cleaned or was used and left there with urine. The rest of the apartment was very clean. So it was obvious that the cleaning crew had already come by, but something happened with toilet.

The stairwell to our apt. was very echoey and you could hear any outside noise. One night people came in at 1am and it was super loud when they were talking and trying to get into their place.

The hot water in the shower was not very reliable sometimes.

We just didn't like that the shower setup did not have a door, so water kept splashing everywhere.

The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had a lot of things to use, the bathroom had a lot of things as well, and the AC worked nicely. Mostly everything was great! Especially the location.

Not somewhere for a longer stay. Thin walls, noisy. Narrow stairs to apartment without a lift. Huge pickups parked right up against the entrance - we had to squeeze past with our suitcases to even get in. Not much personality.

Road noise is rather loud. The hot water was an issue, showering went from frigid to boiling then back to frigid.

Very close to the airport and easy access to the city. Access was easy and room was clean and well appointed.

Shower was fine - it just accumulated water past the little block - so I had to mop it every time. Lack of closet space but we made do. Need instructions on how to use the air conditioner :) - just like the shower had instructions.

Location! A 5 minute walk to Condado Beach, food, bars, grocery story. If you are driving, highway is right nearby - easy access. Felt safe with cameras & codes to get in/out of building & room. Room was really clean. Kitchen/fridge/microwave in good working order. Quick to answer messages. Photos enclosed was when we were leaving.

The design of the shower was a lil different… lol everything gets WET… but it’s all clean.

Cleanliness, spacious, well equipped and I like to rent cars so the parking was a plus! Overall safety seemed great! On slow days easy to walk around.

Could have been a bit cleaner...fingerprints on surfaces in kitchen. And door to bathroom.

Laundry staff helped me when SIM card didn't work to get entry instructions. Called contacts for me and provided Internet so I could access codes to building and room. Close to museums and market, nightlife and main streets. Beach not far. Best location.

A longer stay.

Excellent decor and details, including bathroom. Several minutes walk to Ashford, restaurants, etc. One block further to the beach. Short drive or taxi ride to Santurce restaurants and museums. Yet, a quiet location.

Doors moved with any influx of pressure, light blared through the door jam. Outdoor furniture was worn down and ripped. Caulking in the shower was loose.

No elevator. Had to walk up 5 loots, not easy for senior with knee problems toting a 45 pound suitcase. No walkable places to eat. Bathroom lighting needs bulbs.

Updated and modern. Nicely appointed. Terrace is fabulous.

Lacks a shower curtain and storage capacity in the bathroom ,Another shelf would help there. Kitchen Utensils needed cleaning . Flow of water in bathroom sink is poor and would not start water heater.

The shower was terrible. The glass is not as long as it should be and the water spills everywhere. We found a couple of cockroaches (dead luckily). Dirty mugs and dirty toothbrush holder.

The staff was very responsive before and during our stay. Super friendly! Location was good, we could walk to a bunch of breakfast places and bars. Kitchen was fully equipped. On-site parking was great when available.

Looks like there’s some mold in the shower and should provide more toilet paper, especially for longer stays - had to go buy more.

The bathroom had a few moldy spots. There were not much possibilities to dry wet towels/bathing suits.

There was parking for guests. We had fresh towels, beach towels and a beach umbrella. The location was within walking distance to the "Placita" - an area with a lot of bars and restaurants. A lot of locals go there to party and dine out. It was also easy and only a short drive to get to Old San Juan.
