Eddie and Tisha are great hosts and are willing to help their guests find the right activities and adventures. Breakfast was amazing each day. The rooms are clean and spacious and even though close to the street are very quiet. The location is within walking distance to many of the sights and tours of Old San Juan.

Casa Sol Bed and Breakfast was a delight. Eddie and his family went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. The breakfasts were outstanding. Their hospitality was also outstanding. They offered great advice to us on where to eat and what to see. The location was great - very close to the old fort and all the other attractions of Old San Juan.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Sol Bed and Breakfast for five nights during our visit to Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. Beautiful, great location! the attention we received from the hosts were above and beyond. we were called by the host right after our reservation was made to check in and make sure if we needed anything upon arrival. He also asked for our phone number so he could check in with us the day we were getting in. no one provide service like that anymore, truly spectacular!

Absolute nothing

Location in the heart of old San Juan Hosts Eddie and Tisha were fantastic. Breakfast was lovely - starting the day in a very relaxing environment. Eddie plays in local band down in La Perla, if you want to experience local life, spend a few hours taking in the sounds of the beach and passionate music. WiFi was very good for those the 'need' to be connected all the time. Families and couples will love this gem.

The only complaint I have is the musty smell of our room. It was particularly obvious when we were gone and returned to room. The jacket that hung in the room absorbed that smell, too. Some “Damp Rid” would really help.

Not ideal if you’re looking to sleep in. Breakfast is 8:30-9:30 and was so delicious that we always got up for it, but we would have loved to sleep in a bit. Noise level is also dependent on the other guests. The walls are well insulated so you won’t be bothered by any normal talking-level sound but we stayed the same time as some kids whose parents allowed them to run around yelling in the main area at 8am.

Amazing location for exploring San Juan! walking distance to all the sites but far enough to feel quieter. The room was super clean and breakfast every morning was so so delicious. Eddie was super friendly and he allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few hours after check out with no problems. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations nearby.

I loved this BNB. All of the staff were very friendly, and the owners made a point to meet me and talk with me personally when I arrived. They gave me suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area, which I ended up following exactly. The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. I really couldn't have asked for more. Next time I'm in San Juan, I will definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfy bed, high quality linens, delicious breakfast (and very accommodating of dietary restrictions). Tisha is a most gracious host. The family lives on site with their cute dog Oreo. Tisha gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. They are very mindful of the environment with solar power and energy saving protocols.

This is an amazing hotel! Very cozy and beautiful. Good location - in the heart of old San Juan. Excellent restaurants, museums, shops and historical sites within walking distance. Quiet, calm, we felt completely safe in the old town. Breakfast included. It's not just ordinary breakfasts, it's like in an expensive elite restaurant! (Thank you Eddie - you are a real chef!) - Very tasty, satisfying and beautiful! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. In my opinion, this is much better than the soulless high-rise hotels outside of old San Juan on the ocean. If you want to swim and sunbathe it's not a problem - Uber is very cheap here - 10...15 minutes and you're on the beach.. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I don’t really have any complaints. It was a wonderful place to stay and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. I would have asked for the the two story room for a little more romantic atmosphere but our room was spectacular.

The bed and breakfast had the historic architecture with modern amenities. It is so close to all the attractions and very quiet. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the host were absolutely the best every. They are full of knowledge of not only Puerto Rico but all of the construction and amenities they provided. Also there is a friendly little dog named Oreo - you have to say hello.

The location is also perfect for exploring all of Old San Juan by foot, with El Castillo visible at the end of the street and ocean views one block away!

Location was within walking distance to all of Old San Juan. The owners and their daughter were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was very good all three days of our stay. The B+B was beautiful with a great shower and bed. The owners painfully restored the residence to make it a wonderful place to stay. Will stay there again on our next trip to Old San Juan.
