Cons: Front desk guy was horrible! Rude, unprofessional, unapproachable. No daily room service as noted, beds not done in 7 days (even with Maid Service sign on door, but it disappeared 2 days later), 2 bath towels the entire stay, no hand or face cloths provided. TV didn’t work, didn’t need it anyway. Had to request TP so ended up just buying some. Toilet plugged with “literally” nothing in it, had to ask for a plunger & the guy rolled his eyes at me.

Pros: steps from the ocean. Large room w/huge walk-in closet. Air conditioning. Wifi. Hot water. Relatively clean considering being on the beach. Pharmacy, Walgreens, shops & services plus tons of restaurants & nightlife just steps away. Great little take-out cafe had breakfast, lunch & Gelato. You can easily rent beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach for 5-10$.

If you want to be in the middle of the night life and shopping scene, this is in a great location. We just needed a place for one night before we flew back to the mainland. This is a very simple hotel on a city beach. The building is stuffed between two larger buildings so there are no views to the beach or the city. But the beach is right there. Parking is expensive unless you find one of the places on the main drag that are open air. The staff were very nice. This is a cheap hotel that is clean and no frills. A place to sleep.

The pictures on website were definitely taken over decade ago. They don't supply a blow dryer nor extra pillows. The pillows on the bed were wee bit flat. The room was clean and we didn't see any bugs. Plenty of storage, had an iron but no ironing board. The room itself was quiet at night but in the morning when the workers get there it's a whole different story. You get what you pay for; with that being said, if we were to go down again for a long weekend we'd probably stay there again.

The location was great and the restaurant that you walked through to get into the hotel, that was only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, was really great !!! The a/c in the room was really good !! Bed was comfortable.

1st room the air conditioner didn’t work, 2nd room air conditioning worked. But the bathroom door was splitting and as shower was turned on the water came through the tiles by the toilet. Elevators are very old. Definitely an upgrade needed.

Location is amazing. I would recommend the owners to do some good investment to upgrade the rooms and elevators.

Parking was annoying front desk staff told us where the nearest lot was and mentioned it would cost significantly cheaper than what I was charged. Rooms weren't cleaned whole time we were there and the sand was starting to get annoying.

Direct access to the beach was great. Staff was all very kind.

No pillows, is was an empty case with some sort of clothes inside to make it look like a pillow, no internet available, when asking to the receptionist the answer was I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ No boiler water for coffee and no fridge

If you like busy areas and loudly is your location, other wise it can be disturbing

The place needs renovation and A/C cleaning. It is a 1-2 star hotel that can easily be a strong 3 star with perfect experience, more expensive, but syill popular, if only owners would invest into renovation.

We liked that it was available, not expensive and very close to the beach, you literally walk to the beach from the entrance. Staff was friendly. The small coffee shop is very convenient and you can always find breakfast and lunch there.

The room, good, but there was garbage under the bed, the location and the excellent beach.

Property has no parking , you can park in the street but be careful because police are quick to give $50 + tickets / no pool . Remember to request housekeeping early in the morning, I had to request everyday because they kept forgetting :(
