The room had a smell as if the air conditioning filters were recently changed or in desperate need of changing. My brother stayed in Room 612 and it had some type of moisture , not sure. Other than that, I would return

The property and color scheme were beautiful. The pool and quick walk to the beach were perfect. Faccio Pizza was delicious every time.

What I didn’t like about the property is that when I initially booked through Booking.com I booked a patio with partial ocean view. Upon my arrival, the front guest told me that because I booked through a third-party app that particular room was not available, and I was forced into a room with a horrible view the back of the building and the roof of a Burger King. The room also had piles of dog food on the patio and the room also reeked of dog. We stayed one night in that room and then the next day the front desk manager Carlos was nice enough to move us to the type of room we initially booked. Rooms are also very small pictures on website can be deceiving.

I like the location of the property a lot very close to the airport and the district and just steps away from the beach. Housekeepers were very friendly front desk staff was cool but not of all of them were very accommodating.

I paid extra for a balcony but the balcony had no chairs, so I was unable to enjoy the balcony I paid extra for. Also, the pool does not gave towels at its location, instead - you have to ask the front desk for towels, but due to the front desk being so busy and only one agent being behind the counter, I was not able to get towels for the pool.

We got stuck in an exercise room - did not want or request exercise room - there was a huge treadmill in our room that was in the way - was quite a pain - would have preferred to have a chair there Breakfast was pretty expensive- restaurants were closed most of the day

The bathroom light and fan come on automatically when you walk in. The fan is very loud, so a middle of the night bathroom visit is likely to wake your roommate. Couldn't just turn on a light without the fan.

The furnishings were great, the bed comfy, even the paint and decor was nicely done, not slapped on and banged up like other places in same price range.

The elevators were slow. I almost missed my Uber because the elevators took too long. The staff was not helpful and did not give me a rundown of the facility and other items for my stay. The breakfast buffet was overpriced. The restaurant/bar had inconsistent hours.

The property was nice and good value. The rooms looked updated and were comfortable. The balcony was very nice with a great view, but wished there were a couple of chairs, so one can sit outside.

There was a false alarm that went off. The guests were not notified that it was false or if it was safe to go back to the building. The staff did not event check that the fire escape exits were properly closed after we all came back to our rooms. I had to make sure that it was closed properly. This is poor management and preparation in case there is an emergency. I was also on the 8th floor and there was a loud party upstairs. I had complained about the noice and was told it would end at 10pm. It did end on time but I would have appreciated a warning in advance that there would be some noise. I would also appreciate a better upkeep. There was a hole in my headboard and was given a frayed foot towel. The towel quality was poor and no lotion was available.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. There are two restaurants in the lobby level, which were good and convenient, especially since immediate places nearby are not nice. My room view was great!

The cleaning products used left a very strong ammonia scent which was off putting. The breakfast buffet food was cold and not worth what we spent.

The internet was slow. Devices dropped off a few times. However, it was manageable for the short time we were there.

Front desk staff was helpfully bilingual. Requested more towels for a family room which was easily accommodated. My kids loved the bunk beds in the family room. It was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. We were very pleased with our stay here prior to catching an early morning flight.
