This is not the property’s fault however, I did not realize that the property was as far off the beaten path and I had injured my shin prior to getting there so while we walk a lot (normally) it was a bit more difficult for me to get around. Thankfully, the property is very close to a tram stop.

The property was spotless! It was very comfy and had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a snack which was a very pleasant surprise. The second evening we came home to cookies! The property manager was extremely helpful and kind and he explained how everything worked as well as provided suggestions on restaurants in the area. Our interaction with the cleaning staff was exceptional. The property is off the beaten path and therefore was very quiet and we felt very safe.

Difficult to locate initially.

Very nicely updated apartment with complete kitchen. Very comfortable and secluded. Great coffee shop right next door, with several mini grocery markets close by. Very good value.

Great location, 10 meters from the tram 28 stop. Cosy apartment with a small roof top terrasse with view on the river, a breakfast spot around the corner. Most of all, a staff that is really concerned that you pass an excellent time in their home town. Particularly, Pedro was outstanding. We come back with our daughter, that’s for sure.

The location of the property is perfect, tucked away on a tiny side street away - but literally seconds away from the bustling main road. The apartment we stayed on was on the 2nd floor [no elevator] - it was super quiet and well sized. Good, modern facilities - very comfy bed.

The apartment is beautiful, perfectly clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay in the city. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a cooled apartment, considering that it was quite hot outside. Also, there was cold water, a bottle of wine and snacks in the apartment. What we didn't expect was that every day we were away, someone would come to take the dishes out of the machine, take out the trash, and refill the snacks. The host Rui Pedro is absolutely perfect, kind and welcoming. He came out to meet us and enabled a later check out completely free of charge. He was available for all questions and suggestions. We are delighted with our stay in Lisbon. It is not our first time to come to Lisbon, but this accommodation will definitely be our choice for our next stay.

Our stay was fantastic! Our concierge Mr Pedro is simply amazing - he really couldn't do enough for us thoughout our stay - and the little thoughtful touches (like leaving us an umbrella outside our door on the day it was due to rain in Lisbon) was just so kind. He was available 27/7 and the communication both before and during our stay was fab! Thank you so much for the warm welcome Mr Pedro! Lisbon is a brilliant city to explore - the apartment was very clean and fitted to a very high spec. I was slightly concerned that having booked the ground floor apartment that it may have been noisy either from outside or the apartments above but it was neither. The location is great - right in the Alfama district - but be prepared to walk up and down hills though to get to the apartment and to other places within the city - although the Famous number 28 Tram stops just 20 yards from the little footpath leading down to the apartment front door which is very handy and we used it a few occasions to save our legs! - but you don't hear the tram at all from the apartment - either at night or early morning. The city is pretty reasonably priced too compared to other capital cities but it's a truly safe place to explore and wonder around the many little streets within the city and everyone is super respectful. 3 days was about right for us - as we dont tend to do too much of the museums or churches as we are just happy just walk and see where the day takes us (and visit the odd bar or so and people watch which we love and you can do everywhere in Lisbon!) and we made the most of some of the stunning views from the many vantage points. I would definitely recommend the apartments and the city of Lisbon!

Everything was excellent , the pictures that are showing in the website are the real ones that you see, everything is so nice that you feel in love .

Everything was perfect, when I chose this apartment was checking all the opinions from the people , and everybody was talking about Rui Pedro, he was always taken care of everything to make you feel in a five stars hotel , I may say , I always go to this category of hotels , but when I star to search in Lisbon the comments where not really good , too noisy, etc , this apartment was LUXURIOUS, we need to keep the personal attention us Mr. Rui Pedro did with us and us a read with the other customers before , this is what makes the differences when you choose an apartment.Now the apartment is everything high end quality, really nice decoration and the bed really comfortable and the pillows has a menu were you can chose the aroma that you would like to have to relax to sleep better , every day was a detail, the first day was a small bottle of wine with some nuts, the second day , some cookies typically from Lisbon, definitely , was much better than a 5 stars hotel . Cero noice , you could sleep really well, perfect location , really nice area, thank you very much to have a person that you can see that loves what he does , thanks Riu Pedro and your team , for a job well done, I wish that in Mallorca where I live the people that work here will have the same passion and actitud than you. I hope to can go next year to Lisboa, I feel in love, for sure I will go again to the same apartment. I wish you the best to all of you.

What a perfect place to stay in Lisbon. The apartments are beautifully styled with all the amenities that you could need for your stay. Rui, the concierge was always on hand to help with anything you may need. Offering advice on places to visit and eat. Even sending a whatsapp video guiding us to a local restaurant. It's rare to have such a helpful concierge when travelling, we very much appreciated it and makes these apartments stand out from the crowd. The apartments are situated in the perfect location. Towards the top of Alfama and pretty much directly on the route 28 tram. They're also close to restaurants and bakeries to either start or end your day. When I'm back in Lisbon, I will be staying here for sure. 6/5!

Didn't like the narrow and steep stairs in building. Very chelenging if you have big suitcases like we did. Location is on the hill so prepare yourself.

Our host Rui Pedro is exemple of a good and welcoming host. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Fresh apples every day. Welcoming wine. Recommend!
