Such a welcoming & very comfortable place to stay in Lisboa! Our concierge, Rui, was so helpful before, during & after our stay and we appreciate both Rui and all of the staff (housekeeper, private transfer driver). We slept well in the comfortable beds, loved the superb design of the 2 bedroom apt and the detail to attention for everything we needed. I remodel properties back home & observed the careful planning to the apartment's design & functionality. The apartment & furnishing were immaculate. Loved the little extras such as oil olive, vinegar, welcome half bottle of wine, snacks, slippers, body gel, shampoo & liquid soap dispensers. Towels were super clean & plush. Location is convenient in Alfama, oldest area of Lisboa, a hilly, historic & charming neighborhood steeped in tradition. It was such a treat to find so many, good restaurants within short walking distance. We felt very relaxed & comfortable at ON/SET Alfama.

Beautifully decorated apartments with every attention to details, perfectly located in the heart of Alfama, however most importantly with an incredibly attentive and helpful concierge Mr. Rui Pedro who makes you feel like at home. We are definitely returning to this magical place!

The accommodation we had was perfect. The room was nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us. Easy to explore by foot and get to many attractions. The local community was vibrant with a fantastic coffee shop around the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel. The team of Rui and Anastasia were extremely welcoming and helpful in getting us settled and ensuring our trip was memorable.

The only issue was with the stairs, its quite hot on the way up and its quite a way to the top floor

Location is excellent and the pre-service before arriving was great, with clear instructions and the ability to book a driver to collect from the airport. The room itself was lovely and had a great view of the city, and with aircon it wasn't too hot. There are literally 100s of restaurants nearby and lots of cafes and places to drink. The tram stops right on the entrance to the street so its very easy to get around. The general area is quiet (in a nice way) and you can get to the centre of the city easily.

Apartment was a little tight for 3 people and could have been cooler in temperature, as the air conditioning seemed to have a governor at 22 degrees.

Host was extremely helpful and did his best to make our stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. He is a massive asset to this property! Apartment was in a great location and walking distance to all major attractions.

So glad we found these apartments. The area feels very safe and safe there’s lots to see and do nearby but also easy to access transport to other areas of the city. We felt right at home. The concierge service was fantastic, very accomodating and helpful. Our apartment was sparkling clean and was a very well decorated space.

The location is quiet and convenient but not as central as we would've liked.

We loved our stay! Extremely helpful and attentive staff who was available through whatsapp at all moments in case we had any questions. The room is like a small apartment and is fully stocked with anything you could need. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and there is a washer in the unit which was a bonus!

The apartment was beautiful, stylishly designed and well-appointed (washing machine/dryer/dishwasher/kitchen etc) and furnished and finished to a very high standard. We had the top floor with small balconies which gave views across the Tejo and provided a beautiful place to watch the sunset or sunrise. The location is right in the heart of Alfama, with the famous 28 tram stopping at the end of the lane a few metres away, and a minute walk from Sao Vicente de Fora. It's easily served by the Sao Appolonia metro, though arriving by car through the tiny lanes is tricky, the apartment provides a shuttle to the airport which is very slick. The concierge is really helpful and available 24hrs, with an immediate response by SMS, and the apartment was cleaned and replenished every day (which isn't always the case with some longer stays). All in all it was perfect for us and I can't recommend highly enough.
