Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wonderfully equipped, clean, attractive place in a perfect location. Comfortable. The staff went far out of their way to make our stay extra memorable, too, even arranging a special birthday surprise for me (obrigada, Cristina A!) This was our third time staying here, and I have no doubt we'll return every time we visit beautiful Lisboa.

Not a major negative but the apartment was a bit dated, however, if a major refurb is reflected on a higher price, then I can live with the dated decor.
Great location, staff super friendly, basically everything you need for a perfect city-break, and above all, they are dog friendly!!!

Lovely accommodation. Very comfortable and well maintained. In a good location. Staff were all fantastic. A special word for Christina who was very kind and went out of her way to help us as much as she could. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel.

The bed was not so comfy.
We were absolutely satisfied with the accomodation, considering the price. The location was perfect, close to Metro lines and bus stations. It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed. They cleaned every day, changed the towels, linen when needed, etc. The staff was very kind and helpful.

the sofa bead creaks. the are some oieces of furniture that have some scratches but not very visible. the hair dryer in the bathroom should be replaced. during the shower the water temperature can vary.
the rooms are very spacious, the kitchenette is very useful when travelling with a baby. the furniture and the bathroom give the feeling of quality. the roomservice, the cleaning, the ladies and gentlemen from the reception, all the staff was great.

For the price should have at least dishwasher.... Also, some better (stronger) lightening could be of good use. Looks like all apps on 6th floor have dishwasher as some renovation works are in progress

Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything was brilliant. Location was amazing too, loved the avenue nearby and close to centre, metro, train station. The apartment had everything we could wish for, comfy beds and extremely quiet. If we ever visit Lisbon again we'll be staying here. Staff were extremely helpful. It's part of a 5 star hotel so the service was top level.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and happy to help with any requests or recommendations on what to see and how to spend time in Lisbon. Suites are comfortable and cleaned daily. Location is also very good, nice street, cca 15 min walk to centre.
