Every time we tried to use the kettle the power would go off and the hot water would run out quite quickly. Also wish we were given a spare set of keys to access the building.

Location is perfect, right in front of the beach, part of the bustling strip of bars and restaurants, a short walk to anything you’ll need.

The location is great! Cleanliness was ok. Since the apartment is located on a busy street, there is noise from bars around, but the value for the money is great. I can't complain.

Outside temps were chilly which made the tile floors cold even with the heat on. This is likely a benefit in the summer! I suggest replacing the veg't peeler and adding a spatula and a 10" or longer knife to the kitchen ware. Also the lack of dish soap, cloths, cleaning supplies was annoying. Buying a 500ml dish soap for 5 nt stay is ridiculous, as well as garbage bags, sponges. The Sofa/Bed was not that comfortable, Springs can be felt :(

Messages were answered quickly, information was clear, location was right near beach with private underground parking. Grocery store and shops/restaurants nearby. Apt. was bright with a nice balcony, bdrm was a decent size with nice closet space and balcony areas/windows. Bathroom had nice counter space and storage space, towels. Kitchen was adequate for 1 or 2 people. Heaters worked well once they heated up initially.

Organizing meals was easy. There is a grocery store and several very good restaurants nearby. A few steps from the apartment we had the La Rocha beach. We had also a beautiful view from our apartment to Ocean. This was the most important thing for our relaxation and rest .

Bed matrasse was worn out. Furniture like sofa and arm chair could have been more comfortable. TV signal cable didn’t work, I presume.. The heat pump’s fan went on and off, insted of blowning with a set constant speed.

An feeling a empty house without essential products such as washing detergent, extra rubbish bags, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days stay.

could provide soap in the bathroom, kitchen as well as stock the kitchen with oil, salt and pepper. While the house was very clean, providing some basic amenities would go a long way for travelers who may not have these facilities.

The location was key with a super view to the Praia da Rocha and close enough to the street sounds to be in touch with a street vibe, the supermarket is right below the apartment which was very convenient

It was kind of strange that the apartment had no soap and no dishwashing soap. One dish drying cloth, but nothing to wash the dishes with?

The views and location overlooking the ocean were great. So this made up for the deficencies

All the mattress was very bad, everyone complained that it was difficult to sleep. Very thin. The apartment just has 1 key. My apartment wasn't this one from the photo.

Only one key so had to stay together as needed key to get into the building. No umbrellas round the pool so had to keep moving with the sun.

View from balcony was superb. Could see all the boats going into the marina and the sardine fishermen at night all lit up. Next to great restaurants and supermarkets. Beach across the road.

Toilet door didn’t lock and TV is a bit old but didn’t bother us at all.

The old door handles and the fact that you have to use keys instead of key card or pin code. Also that there is no classical reception,but you have to call somebody,but it worked out finally.

It was very loud at night because the bars were open till morning. The mattresses were very hard. Take an extra pillow with you if you don’t like small ones.

It was next to the beach and there is a swimming pool. The room was clean and had a lot of light. There is an elevator. There was always something to do in the city wich is very nice if you are staying with friends.
