We had trouble getting the shower to stay at a warm temperature

The apartment was spacious, clean and came with all amenities (soap, towels, detergent, dish soap, kitchen utensils). It was on a quiet street and had blackout blinds. There were many options on the tv in both English and Portuguese to relax in the evenings. We were able to wash and hang our clothes to dry. It was close to a metro station.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, well-appointed apartment in a charming neighborhood close to markets and restaurants, and a short trolley or subway ride to downtown Lisbon. Our host sent us a multi paged PDf document with detailed instructions including appliance details. This document was not easy to read on a cellphone. It would be helpful to just have a binder or booklet containing all of the information in the apartment to be accessed if needed.

Great location close to metro stop in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, nicely appointed and the kitchen was well equipped.

Nothing not to like. The place is great.

The apartment is spacious enough for a couple, well equipped, and everything is in good working condition. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with good transit access to all attractions. There are many cafes and several supermarkets in the area. The landlord is very nice, helpful, and responsive. Having stayed in Alfama during my previous visit to Lisbon, I definitely prefer this less central, quieter location. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again if and when I am back in Lisbon.

Not related to the apartment itself, but the location was a little farther than expected from the Rato subway station (mostly because it was an uphill walk to the apartment).

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was also super communicative and checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed.

Mauricio is a very conscious and carefull owner of the flat. He really took care that everything is iok and we have a nice stay in Lisbon. In the area you can experience how people in Lisbon live. There are plento small shops fr food and cafees as well as restaurants. Few minutes footwalk to Metro or bus station ensure good connection into the city if Lisbon and its sights.

If I were pressed to name one thing, I would say that the apartment, as so many hotel rooms, lacks the local flavor that some tourists might be looking for.

This must be the best-equipped apartment I have stayed in in a long list of travel destinations in Europe. The kind and helpful host awaited me at the premises and gave clear instructions for the apartment (including links to self-made problem solving clips) and practical tips on the neighborhood. The location is outside the main tourist area - which I personally considered an advantage - yet everything is within easy reach by foot or public transportation.

Mauricio, the host, was really nice and helpful. We arrived a bit later than planned, but he accommodated our request and met us at the apartment to show us around. He also sent us a map of the area with recommended restaurants, location of supermarkets and things to do. He was always available if we had any questions. The flat is modern, clean and nicely decorated. The blinds make it very dark at night and the beds are comfortable and help to have an amazing sleep.

This is a very nice apartment near the center. Public transportation (metro and tram) is easily accessible and nearby. The area is very quiet and has some small supermarkets and coffee shops. Mauricio is an exceptional host and provides all necessary information to make the stay a pleasant and memorable one. He provided us with all the necessary assistance and help when we had to deal with an emergency medical issue. Highly recommended.

With a true conscience I can recommend the apartment Arrabida. The apartment is very comfortable and clean while the owner is nice and extremely helpful. The apartment does not lack anything. There are many stores, restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is not in the very center of the city, however, it is easy and convenient to reach the main attractions by public transportation. Thank you Mauricio for making our visit to Lisbon so pleasant.

If you are not a good driver I would avoid driving in Lisbon narrow streets, use one of the taxi apps instead. This is just a tip, no dislikes on the apartment.

Really nice apartment and Maurizio was really helpful in the time of our stay. We had a medical issue with our kid and Maurizio helped us navigate trougt getting some help.

The apartment is fully equipped, even for a longer stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire place and the central heating, which is very rare in Portugal. Moreover, we enjoyed the little details like tea, coffee, paper towels and shower gel. This apartment really felt like home. Mauricio was a great host, very careful to our needs and very responsive. He was kind enough to let us arrive a bit earlier than the scheduled check-in time, as it was raining and we were carrying a heavy piece of luggage.
