Nothing stands out as being bad, good water pressure, toilet flushes, the cleaner is there daily in case of problems.

The location is amazing, the apart was clean and comfortable but not flash, good for people who just want a decent functional room, not the ritz!

Sometimes easy to hear noise from apartments next door but it depends on how loud the people are.

We absolutely loved the balcony, view was amazing, and the close proximity to the beach and centre of Old Town. The mattresses were super comfortable, best night's sleep we had in a long time!

No salt and pepper in the kitchen

Honestly, I can't think of a thing.

We loved everything about this accommodation. First time I've rated a property 10. Mara, our receptionist was very pleasant, The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was immaculate, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. And the view - spectacular. So close to the old town, and all of it's activities, and yet once the balcony door was closed, we didn't hear a thing.

A little noise nightly from apartment upstairs however it was tolerated - shower head could not contain powerful spray and ducked down but again nothing to get hung up about

Apartment contained everything required- beds comfortable- shower and bathroom first class - location and views excellent- TV and fridge kettle good - would not hesitate to return to stay again

Insects quickly come for food, but they are not dangerous, so you just have to clean up after yourself each time. Also soundproofing wasn't good, so I could hear the renovation work going on (but I also visited not during "hot" season so its acceptable).

Beautiful ocean view and great location! Despite the negatives (of which there are not many), for me it was a truly pleasant stay, calm and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and interested in the guests' best stay.

The apartment furnishings are a little dated and beat up-especially the day bed sofa. It is an older building and while the maintenance is very good, with a little updating this is easily a 10!

The location is AMAZING of this apartment. Fantastic sea view and patio to enjoy it on. Apartment was spotless and the staff were excellent. There is nothing fancy about this apartment. The location is at the top of the escalators that take you down to the beach and into the Old Town where all the bars and restaurants are. Close enough to reach easily, and far away enough for peace and quiet.

The view of the beach was lovely, although this room wasn't meant to have a view so that was a pleasant surprise. The whole process from start to finish was amazing, very quick responses by the host with any questions. We didn't pre book an early arrival however we landed earlier and the lady (I forgot to ask her name) welcomed us into the apartment which was all ready for us. This was so helpful and meant we could explore without cases earlier than anticipated. She met us with a lovely beaming smile and explained about the keys. The apartment was lovely and clean, the beds superbly turned out. There is so much in the apartment to cater for self catering albeit we didn't need to use much during our stay. The main plus is the location, absolutely perfect, close enough to everything (especially the beach) but far enough away to get a nice night sleep. The other plus is the super powerful shower! Ideal after a swim in the sea. Really enjoyed our stay and there's nothing more you could want from a self contained apartment. I love how secure it felt also, electric window shutters which not only kept belongings safe whilst out but also were great for blocking out any street lights during the night to ensure a great night sleep. I don't think the pictures on the advert do it justice.

I didn’t get a balcony like the booking said; I was on the ground floor and the windows look directly out to the street, so it wasn’t comfortable to open the windows or the curtains. It would be nice if there was oil and salt.

Senhora Mara was wonderful and very attentive. The location is great. The kitchen is well-equipped.

I disliked nothing apart from maybe softer pillows but that’s just a personal preference

Beautiful studio with a fantastic view ,Mara was so helpful and met us with the keys when we were early as our room was ready ,would love to stay there again in the future as it’s so near to everything but yet quiet at nighttime when you need to sleep ,loved listening to the waves at night too
