Very small thing but a hand rail on the stairs at the entrance would be helpful for those of us with mobility issues

Nothing significant — only three minor quibbles: 1) not enough hooks/places to hang items, especially when wet from rain and also especially in bathrooms; 2) main bedroom bathroom has bathtub, and the fixed glass shower-wall limited ability to get in and out of tub easily (some safety grab bars would have been useful), and it would have been difficult if our kids were young to give them bath; and 3) shower faucets looks very sleek but very sensitive to setting temperature. Again, all these issues are fairly minor, but good to be aware of — this was best place in Europe we’ve stayed at so far.

Great location, close to two metro stations and lots of restaurants. Nice rooms and reasonably good amount of space for 4 of us - two adults, two teenagers. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen and other appliances were useful and in good shape. Lots of electrical sockets in all rooms and bedrooms so made it easy to charge phones, cameras, laptops, etc. We weren’t planning to use laundry, but came in super handy when we got caught in rainstorm and returned wet and muddy.

The bedrooms are small but I think most places in Lisbon are. The second bathroom is located outside the bedroom next to the main bedroom and is quite small,

The location was perfect for us. I went back and forth for months on where to stay. I definitely made the right decision. I am so glad I chose an apartment with a lift. Walking up 5 flights of stairs with luggage would not be fun. The lift is small so if you have a large suitcase only you and your suitcase could go up. We had 4 small suitcases and 3 adults and we fit but it was a tight squeeze. The apartment was clean and our hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. They have information in the apartment with things to do in the area and suggestions of many restaurants. It was nice they had body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and drying rack for clothes. The main bathroom is good size and shower works great. We did not prepare are any meals during our stay but appliances seem really nice and you have your basic pots and pans. It was really nice to walk out on the balcony and listen to the music and watch the people dance and perform. The apartment is pretty quite with the windows closed.

I cannot really think of anything.

Property was as described: furnishings, rooms, everything looked like the pictures. I felt like I got what I was expecting. The beds were VERY comfortable, including the pillows! Pillows can be tricky and make a huge difference how you sleep. Despite the absolute PERFECT location (which can have a downside of noise), I did not find the apartment to be noisy whatsoever and definitely was quiet at night. we slept very well both nights. I appreciated the instructions on how to turn on the water in the showers; this can be very frustrating for foreigners. A/C was ice cold! The apartment had all the things I needed that just made my stay comfortable (Netflix, comfy couch, nicely decorated, amazing location)…AND I did not have to walk to a separate location to get the keys in order to check in/out. The fact that someone met us at the apartment upon check in was an absolute WIN.

Convenient location 11€ Uber ride from airport, close to many attractions and a wide variety of food. comfortable beds, clean, sunny small balcony. I would stay here again.

A little bit noisy at night with loud music outside until about 11pm, but really what could you expect if you're in such a location. :)

Brilliant location in the heart of the city. Beds extremely comfortable, modern facilities, everything spotlessly clean, and everything we could need was provided.

Wow! Awesome apartment! Big! Really comfortable beds, fully equipped, clean, with good balcony and great value for money! Prime location for the Baixa and Chiado neighborhoods! Would definitely stay in this apartment next time!

The high top dining stools weren’t ideal for a young child but I knew this when booking and we made it work.

The location is great for touring Lisbon. Many attractions are within walking distance and there are several public transportation options close by. We travelled with our three year old so the elevator was a big plus.
