We rented different size houses and all of them scattered throughout the complex at a great distance, it’s inconvenient. The houses do not have much space, have rather strange layouts and are quite cold in winter.

There were big tables in all houses, a lot kitchenware and equipment, hot water as a big plus.

The space is quite outdated, needs maintenance and cleaning. There were dead bugs on the ceiling light and the bedroom blinds. The bedside table lights were quite dirty and rusty. Bathroom ceiling has lots of cracks. Outside area has lots of potential but it just looks abandoned, with moss on the floor and rusty chairs. Not what I expected from a 5 star villa.

The decoration of this place is nice and modern. The area is quiet and the only sounds you hear are mostly birds. Staff members were quite friendly and helpful!

Excellent resort. Villa was very good value for money. Reception staff and security guards were courteous. Very well equipped in excellent location. Even though it is self catering, you can choose to have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant.

Would have liked a table on the balcony,, the villa we had did not get a lot of sunshine to sit outside during the day as mostly shaded. The upstairs shower leaked water into the floor, but the water pressure was very good 👍 Probably a few little repairs needed as end of summer, but nothing major or concerning

Spacious accommodation and nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen utensils, everything you would need for self catering. Daily cleaning, bed making and clean towels every day was a nice surprise. Having upstairs and downstairs bathrooms was good. Views were fantastic and very quiet location, extremely tranquil and relating place All the staff were great

Couch had musty oder

This property was interesting in the fact that one side was built into the ground with the other side containing a large window facing daylight. There was a slight musty smell due to this construction. The living room couch needs replacement. Other than that, it was fine. Nice bed and bathroom. Could use a few other cooking utensils

The resort has several vacant lots and suffers on average from a too modern design that degrades with the harsh humid local. weather. In the specific house we stayed in some appliances didn't work correctly and part of the outside garden looked abandoned. Also the price might be to high for what's provided

Asked for a sunshade or anything that would allow us to enjoy the patio. Our villa was the only one without a shade on this area, all there was were the holes on the wall where the structure once was installed. After 2 days of no response I had to visit the front desk again and they finally then resolved the issue in a couple of hours. Our booking mentioned a king size bed. What we were given were 2 twin beds put together. Sleeping with two mattresses is not what we wanted or booked. The maintenance of the buildings and garden area seems to be inexistent, which contrasts to the modern architectural lines. It shows lack of interest or concern to the guests opinion or well-being. This being said, I have to add that despite all of the above, the same day we checked out we made a longer booking for the same place for August 2023. All of the negative points are easy to fix and I'm sure I'll be leaving a better review by then.

The area of the villa is very very comfortable. We are a couple with a 2 year old and space is something we value a lot! We were very pleased with the way our kid could walk around the dfferent areas. The common garden for the villas in Rua dos Ciprestes is just huge and with a pool area. Our little one would stare at all that green with a huge smile on his face not sure which area he would like to venture into next, and that alone is priceless as well as makes it easier for the parents in keeping them entertained. Everything you need to cook your own meals and serve them is available in the kitchen, as well a lot of common appliances. That is also a major plus on our book. The contact with nature is constant, there is always a couple of birds enjoying the grass or just chirping happily around. The kid's playground is huge is complete with many different activities for the young ones, it's great for those days you won't be leaving the resort but the young ones want to burn some calories. There is also an amazing pool next to it that we didn't have a chance to try out.

There were slight issues with various electronics. The WiFi basically did not work downstairs. Some of A/C might benefit from an upgrade, and some power outlets did not work.

We booked one night here on the way to Porto and did not expect too much. We ended up booking two extra nights, so I guess the hotel was above expectations. It was a rather spacious two-floor, two-bedroom villa, with enough place for everything, including work. There were two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious kitchen/living room. On top of that, there were no less than 4 A/C units (which, in, winter, work for heating). The view on the golf field was lovely, everything was quiet, and the fireplace was nice.
