Pool area could do with a little maintenance and there was an issue with the gate lock whilst we were there.

Underneath the carpet on the living room there was a lot of sand as if it wasn’t cleaned. Behind the sofa bed the same and the given I went with two small children I was hoping I would get an extra set of linen in vase of night accidents

A guest book might have helped, e.g.how to work applicances etc. We didn’t realise we had a brolly for the beach until we came back from the beach. We only found out how to open the sofa bed after a couple of nights. We only had 3 coat hangars in the wardrobe. A bonus touch could have been beach towels we could have used, as we didn’t bring any (too heavy for our luggage) as we had to use our white towels (not ideal for you) but this is just balanced feedback. Things that could help guests in the future.

East facing units don’t get a lot of sun in the winter. might be a bonus in the summer though. also, as with all multi-units in Portugal, you can hear every sound from your neighbors through the walls.

nice facilities, updated and clean. MyChoice team is very responsive. close to the lagoon and the main stretch with cafes and restaurants. we were here in the winter, great place to spend time although units facing East do not get a lot of light/sun in the winter. would definitely recommend a west-facing unit for those months. great base to explore the East Algarve which is beautiful.

It’s not a not like, just some small things that can improve: would have been nice to have a parasol in the balcony to be able to sit out and relax; there were a lot of messages and emails from My choice, would be better to send a lot less; the cable didn’t always work well; would have preferred to have breakfast available even if for an extra fee; the coffee bag had no coffee only tea.

The location was great, very close to the beach transportation and amenities. The apartment was modern and well furnished. I loved that there was a garage so the car could cool down from the super hot weather. The apartment was super cute, well equipped and very comfortable. The aircon was a great plus! The internet worked very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not enough sun beds in the swimming pool area; some small things to improve in the apartment (rusty clothesline, no clothes pegs, slow internet connection, no tablecloth). The entrance door in the condominium is difficult to open with the code.

Lacked enough utensils , dishes and no small pots as well as the courtesy cleaning was never done. Suppose to come but did not and the key for the back door was not the right key so we had to always walk around

the outside facilities were very poor, dirty, un sanitised with overflowing rubbish bins, poolside showers that didn’t work and a changing area so dirty we could not use it. The outside lighting was turned off which left the steps to the entrance dangerous to negotiate when returning home at night. The apartments themselves are not serviced during the duration of your stay and there is no reception or representative on site. One aspect we had never come across before is that check-in is between 16.00 - 20.00 and after that there is a supplement of between 30- 50 euro to pay, not ideal if you are on an evening flight

Very well equipped modern , private accommodation situated about 7 mins walk from the boardwalk, bars,restaurants and boats to the beach. Good sized balcony overlooking either pool or the gardens. There is a full size hob if you wish to do your own cooking. The accommodation was very clean on arrival

Collecting keys terrible experience. It was supposed to be from 4:00 and the cleaners only went in at 3:00 and we were told that we now could only move in at 5:00 after cleaning. I managed to talk to cleaners and ultimately get access to the pool. It was a nightmare arrival.

The bathroom door didn't fully close and the key was missing. Upon contacting the host we were told they would look for the key in their office and bring it on the following day, which didn't happen. On the last day we were informed that they have never had the keys for their bathrooms. In addition, the apartment was booked for 4 people, and the leaving room area only had one sofa for two people, which made it a bit uncomfortable to just sit and relax. The table in the balcony was a small table for 2 people (with 2 chairs) as well. Also, our apartment was on the first floor and the elevator button for 1 didn't work properly, which meant that we had to go to the second floor and climb down the staircase or just go up, even with the bags or grocery shopping. Lastly, only two washing machine tablets, waste bin bags and toilet paper rolls were provided for a three night stay for four people, so we ended up having to buy additional ones.

The apartment was very well located, 5 minutes from the access to the beach and near the city centre. The complex was very calm and safe, ideal for family vacations and the kitchen was well equipped. There were parking spaces around the area, as well as a garage.
