Our stay in Casa de Isabelinha was absolutely lovely, we enjoyed it very much! The locality — was very close to Ponta Delgada, but in already a quiet corner The room had everything we needed and was well equiped, the host kept it clean every day. We also loved the decorations around the house and how cozy it felt Isabela was incredible host, we enjoyed the local food she prepared for us, and little snacks she would leave in our room :) This was overall incredible experience, I would definitely recommend to everyone, we felt great and pampered, it is something you cannot experience in hotel, but only when staying with local people

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the Isabel. She prepared biscuits and local cheese with tea upon our arrival. This thoughtful gesture immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for the rest of my visit. The room was clean and spacious .The property's location was also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.

The apartment is detached with private access and equipped with everything you need. Isabel was a magnificent owner receiving us with some delicious local bits and fingers. She performed daily checks to ensure that we do not miss anything.

Isabel was a most kind and attentive host. We had a long flight delay and when we arrived, late at night, she welcomed us with supper and hot tea. She even made a delicious breakfast for us the following morning. The room and and private bathroom were very tasteful and authentic, and we received some great tips, including a lovely tea cafe at a quinta in Sete Cidades. Most impressive of all, when we moved on to the island of Corvo we forgot our walking book, and Isabel managed to get it on to a flight going there the next day. We were able to go to the tiny airport and pick it up! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time in Isabel‘s beautiful house. Isabel is very hospitable. On the first morning she provided a delicious breakfast for us with regional products. When we arrived we had some biscuits, cheese, bread and tea. Spacious room with a small fridge, table with chairs, large bed and nice decoration. 10 min by car to Ponta Delgada City. Thank you again for the wonderful time :)

The room was pretty big and was well funished (in addition to the usual bed and wardrobe there was also a small table). The owner was very nice, she also offered an extra snack when we arrived (local cheese and baked products) as well as breakfast on the first day, which made us discover the local "bolo".

A very nice comfortable house in a traditional style with stylish dark parquet flooring, a large bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable mattress. There is always parking near the house, the city center is a 5-minute drive. Everything was very cozy and clean. The host Mrs. Isabel, is very nice, helpful and hospitable. She treated us to traditional Portuguese-style food several times, recommended delicious restaurants to us, and showed us the beautiful places of the island on the map. All together created a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Nothing really. I thought the pillows were a big too chunky so I slept without them but that’s genuinely just a personal preference.

Location was perfect, super close to the city center and the airport, it was very easy to get to other places on the island from the house. Despite my late arrival, Isabel had a whole tray of food ready for me, with cheese toasties, pineapple, yogurt, homemade jam, hot tea. It was such a lovely gesture. She offered me breakfast a few times throughout the stay and tea at night, everything she uses is fresh and local, and it tastes incredible. She also helped me on the first day to sort out issues I had with the car rental company and drove me there so that I could pick the car up. She even cleaned some of my clothes as I had been living out of a suitcase for way too long and was running out of fresh clothes. She offered great advice on what to do and where to eat. The room is big and bright, every thing is spotless clean, there was big tubes of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom as well as plenty of towels and a hairdryer which I really appreciated. Also had a kettle in my room. We had a few very nice chats about our personal lives, it was a pleasure getting to know her. We spoke in Portuguese as I wanted to practice but she also speaks great french and some English. I wish I had stayed there longer!!

A fantastic host who was extremely helpful. She prepared us a dinner and several times breakfast and tea. She offered also valuable informations about tourist attractions and she even came with us with her car, to rent a scooter. The place where the house is situated is in a very quiet area, very good for exploring the island. The room and the bathroom are big enough and they were cleaned every day. The bed was confortable. In a word, it was perfect. I can only highly recommend it.

The WiFi was not working most of the time and when you get connected it gets disconnects after 30 minutes. The pictures on the listing are misleading - you are basically renting a room with an on suite on the second floor of the house and the pictures on the listing include many pictures of the fist floor of the house where the owner lives and the guests are not allowed use.

The room is big and the super clean. There is free street parking in front of the building.

There isn’t much ventilation in the house and so smells of humidity and food can be quite strong and lasting. Its quite expensive i think for a room without a kitchen or an ensuite bathroom. You

The host, isabel, was very nice! absolutely require a car but parking is easy and access to highway is super close! Wifi works well and everything is very clean.

My partner thought the bed was comfortable, but it was way too hard for me. I wasn’t sure if we had use of the kitchen. It is about a 10 minute drive to town, so not really walking distance to anywhere.

The room was very nice and was equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning and evening, and the view is great. Isabela kept the room very clean. She brought us breakfast the first two days.
