The welcome from Rita was five stars. She would light up any room with her smile and personality. Our room 206 was super, large, comfy and had a little terrace. Great shower and products. Location is perfect in a quieter side street but within walking distance of the centre. Car parking at 6€ for overnight at a local secure car park was great value and a short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast and location were both amazing. The two young managers that we interacted with were out of this world . Very friendly and offered us amazing service. Maybe a good idea to have milk in the fridge for coffee.

The location was superb. Staff were grey and exceptionally helpful. Parking was a real bonus as it was pre booked and we have a large vehicle and they reserved us two spaces.

This hotel is very well-located, close to everything you might want to do in Tomar. The staff is more than helpful - when I asked where to buy a sandwich to take on the train the day we left, the staff simply made us sandwiches, then and there. The room was very clean.

The breakfast is a bit lacking with only bread ham cheese and a cup of coffee.

Right in the middle of the small town of Tomar. The rooms are basically brand-new with good air conditioning and good toiletries.

The narrow streets of Tomar.

This is a beautiful hotel! We had trouble finding it (evidently common since the streets in Tomar around the hotel are narrow). The reception lady found us and explained how to proceed. We parked the car outside the front and off-loaded our luggage then moved the car to the parking garage. 6 Euros for 24 hours. Make sure to pay the garage man in advance otherwise you will pay hourly. The hotel elevator is large and convenient. We had room 204. OMG the bed was Huge! Maybe in US standards the size of 2 double beds. I should have taken a photo! Very comfy room and very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was great. I highly suggest this hotel if you find yourself in Tomar.

Fabulous location within walking distance to the Old Town and castle and convent. The rooms were so comfortable and immaculately clean. Wonderful lady at the reception who helped us with our many questions and requests. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Minor things...No good place to load and unload luggage into a car if you drove. Had to makeshift something to hang laundry so maybe more racks or places to hang things

Staff was so friendly and great, especially Dagmar (I think that was her name). She helped us with parking, places to eat, visiting the castle, and anything else we needed, and genuinely cared. The room we received (free upgrade!) was amazong!...clean, comfortable, spacious and had an actual king sized bed.

Nothing Location was perfect.

The staff member personally checking us in proceeded to take our bags up on the lift. He went over the various sites and times with a map while leaving our baggage. He spent considerable amounts of time as to stress which sites we must seen Sunday(our arrival) as only one item of import was open on Monday. In addition my spouse and I came down with a horrible cold/flu on Sunday night and literally could not leave bed on Monday. Casa d Oficios made sure we had a breakfast tray and allowed us to stay another day while not disturbing us. excellent staff and Breakfast. The bar in a side lv8ing room was entirely complementary although we did not avail ourselves of it. Tomar was definitely a highlight of our Trip and lots of kudos to this Hotel and staff.

The hotel doesn't have its private parking, you need to bring your car to the hotel, leave your luggage, and then park the car in a public parking garage (a few minutes walk from the hotel). Otherwise - everything was perfect.

The whole experience at this hotel was exceptional. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff were outstanding and exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks for our breakfast package as we left early in the morning.
