Room was a little tired e.g. curtains were falling off the rail.

Breakfast had a great choice. My room was quiet as I had requested and bathroom shower was powerful Pool area was spacious and quiet

The bathroom, although basically clean, still showed a lot of wear and tear.

It’s location. Most of the major sites and attractions in the area are within a 10 minute drive. Local shops, restaurants and a large supermarket are a short walk away. Also, the buffet breakfast was of good quality and offered lots of choices.

Beds not very comfortable. I know not an easy fix but a lot of seagulls in the pool and surroundings area. Didn't seem to be a problem for pool in hotel next door. Would have loved a clothes rack to dry towels.

Location great for Old Town. Breakfast excellent and lovely staff. Nice friendly bar. Lovely big balcony.

The rooms are very dated, they could do with a little modernising, poor communication between the staff, we had an emailed request for a kettle in our room which we were told this was supplied already, when we arrived & no kettle as expected, we had to request again 3 times before we actually got one the FOLLOWING day, this left a bad feeling with a hotel with so many good points & not getting the basics right, hopefully this is a learning curve !!

Rooms are quite dark. Indoor swimming pool has a strong smell of chlorine and not very spa like. They use plastic mattress protectors which are sweaty and noisy and they cannot provide irons in the room.

Distant views of the sea. Nice pool, hotel is clean and helpful staff.

Room 171 was damp and had an issue with condensation every evening of our stay. Bedsheets felt damp and big build up of condensation on the windows which did not go with use of ac.

Location ,facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was plentiful but a bit monotonous, to be expected from a mass buffet I suppose.

Hotel rooms were pretty basic. No fan in the bathroom so the walls and ground were soaked after a shower. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable

The room was comfortable, but could be better furntiture. Evening buffet was good, but glad we only booked B&B so we could explore. Being on the main road is not great first impression but you soon forget about it.... just alway head South / Sotuh West towards the beaches!

Great breakfast buffet, "junior suite" was a normal room plaus an annex as a sitting room / kids bed room so worked really well to give a family room stay. And both airconditioned (listing says one air con). Outside pool was great, but off season so very cold... But the indoor one was heated and lovely! Kids loved the slide. Great location: 10 min walk to home or the escalator to the main beach/old town! (dont walk down the main road... so much longer...)

The indoor pool closed at 7 pm which was disappointing. Being there in the winter it would have been nice to enjoy a swim after dinner and being out all day.

Exactly as described. Good food, lovely staff. Lainey in breakfast room was extremely helpful and pleasant. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Hotel has everything you could ask for in a resort hotel.
