My room was g8 upstairs near kitchen area My friends room was up one set of steps near reception A bit tired, and the worst comment i can say is you have a problem to get to the toilet because of the position of the shower door. Not practicle, could be an issue if you neefed to use toilet in a rush. Everything else was fine. My ratings are based on this room NOT MINE, I feel i must give an honest opinion. It is still g8 value for money. And even that door would NOT put me off visiting again

Lovely clean place, i booked 2 single rooms, mine was fab, the other near ground floor. The facilities are very good very comfortable beds, bang in the centre of things, But would need to do at least 2 or 3 night stay to see everything. Also had the bonus of a tv,, Water and cookies,, and soap etc, towels were very very good quality, shower easy to use and water pressure and hot was g8. Near to a shop, and lots of good cafes. There is a kitchen, table area with fridge, micro wave, and coffee machine, g8 if you need to cook something simple.

We could here the guy in the next room talk on the phone…and constantly change de tv channels or radio station, until one in the morning!

The location was perfect, the bed and bathroom where clean. For the price, it was a good deal!

very small beds in a very small room. bit of a musty smell not a problem for me but very narrow stairways to reach room, so a poor choice for those with mobility issues

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the Internet. Hardly got the signal in my room.

Cool Guest house is the heart of Elvas and the room gives you all you need for a proper rest. Apart from it, you have also some common areas where you can hangout or drink a tea/coffee. Maria, from staff, was always willing to help you and to make sure everything was ok!

It’s in the city center, but the rooms are really small and you have almost no space to move around. There was not hot water to shower. but it’s a cute place to just spent the night if you have and event and need a place to sleep. Its clean and staff was really friendly. I would recommend some warm lighting to make things more cozy. But we did enjoy our stay even without hot water :)

The electricity was gone at one point but the host solved the problem quickly. The stairs are very narrow and therefore it can be quite difficult to bring the luggage to your room, however, this was not a huge problem for us.

The guesthouse is located in city center, yet not a lot of noise can be heard from the street. The rooms looked nice and clean, the AC was working well and we were offered free coffee, water and crackers. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Well designed en-suite, unfortunately the shower curtain kept falling down. Otherwise the facilities were very good.

Great accommodation in central Elvas. Great value for money. Quiet and comfortable. Luckily we were travelling light as the staircase is narrow and our room very small, but great for one night. There is water and self serve coffee available and also a microwave if needed.

Nice rooms in the old town of Elvas, very close to the main square. The bedrooms are small but cozy and clean. The staff was very attentive.
