The staff—every one of them- is AMAZING!! They go out of their way to make sure everything is in order, to be helpful and are extremely friendly, yet professional. Beautiful grounds and the location is close to the Metro which will take you anywhere you need togo.

The swimming pool was an irregular shape which made swimming lengths difficult, plus too many children in the pool at times, which also added to the difficulty of actually swimming.

The breakfast was amazing, with really attentive staff. The gym was excellent, with a great range of equipment. I particularly liked the cool down room for stretching afterwards. Junior suite was comfortable and clean.

The check-in was not great. The room was not available and we waited in the lobby, but had we not asked several times, we might still be sitting there, no one came to tell us when the room was ready.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is very fancy. My only complaint is location, it's in a residential area far away from everything. If that's what you are looking for, then great. If you go out of the hotel and turn right, you get to a fairly nice park and museum area.

Pool area was cold, needed heating. Just the prices for mini bar or food/drinks general as whilst hotel is value for money, it can quickly add up at the bar/restaurants!

Excellent hotel, staff and value for money. Metro station nearby which we frequently used to travel into Lisbon centre. Really lovely touches at the hotel including slippers laid out with chocolates by staff in the evening. Staff were overall very helpful. Also guest relations can help if you need any guidance to travel around.

There is nothing to not like, so unfortunately, I'm unable to name something. Actually we did have drama with the bedroom coffee machine which was not the first time, we could not use it.

The staff are always so pleasant and helpful, from reception to the maids who seem to slip in when we pop out. The nighttime chocolates on the pillow were very heartwarming. We felt looked after all of our stay.

BEING CHARGED FOR THE MINI BAR IN THE ROOM!!! They didn’t make it explicitly clear that they would charge us for the mini bar in the room . PLEASE be aware - we ended up paying £164 but the room was only £141 . Wish I had read all the reviews .

It's not a in a walkable area, but it's accesible by Uber or taxi

Great rooms, very clean and tidy; great attention to detail. Having an espresso machine in the room was fantastic. Also felt safe with the elevator/key system. The restaurant downstairs is amazing.
